The 1.5 Quadrillion Dollar Global Cabal Time Bomb

""When investing becomes gambling, bad endings follow. The next credit crunch could make 2008-09 look mild by comparison. Bank of International Settlements(BIS) data show around $700 trillion in global derivatives.

Along with credit default swaps and other exotic instruments, the total notional derivatives value is about $1.5 quadrillion – about 20% more than in 2008, beyond what anyone can conceive, let alone control if unexpected turmoil strikes.

The late Bob Chapman predicted it. So does Paul Craig Roberts. It could “destroy Western civilization,” he believes. Financial deregulation turned Wall Street into a casino with no rules except unrestrained making money. Catastrophic failure awaits. It’s just a matter of time.

Ellen Brown calls the “derivatives casino…a last-ditch attempt to prop up a private pyramid scheme” – slowly crumbling under its own weight.

For years, Warren Buffett called derivatives “financial time bombs” – for economies and ordinary people.

Unless collateralized or guaranteed, their worth depends on the creditworthiness of counter-parties. Earnings on derivatives are “wildly overstated,” Buffett explains – because they’re “based on estimates whose inaccuracy may not be exposed for many years.”

When corporate bosses ask financial executives how profits look in any quarter, they, in turn, ask how much do you want, then manipulate things to oblige when told.

Since 2008, too-big-to-fail banks consolidated to much greater size than ever. They’re financial and political powerhouses controlling world economies to their own advantage.
Civilization’s only hope is smashing them – dismantling them into small, impotent pieces, or ideally putting money back in public hands where it belongs.

It’s too important to be privately controlled. Financial predators entrap small/weak nations into unrepayable debt peonage like Greece, bleed them dry, and thirdworldize developed ones into dystopian backwaters – while they grow richer and more powerful than ever ahead of the whole corrupt system going bust, decimating billions worldwide in greater human misery than already.

Washington Post editors support what demands condemnation. Don’t worry, be happy, they say. On July 23, they headlined “The Fed’s stance on banks and capital makes good sense.”

Half-intelligent economics students know better. The Wall Street owned, controlled and operated Fed is the problem, not the solution. Monied interests buy politicians like toothpaste. They write business friendly legislation, getting Congress to pass it in return for generous campaign contributions and other special favors.

America’s economy and financial system are house-of-cards disasters waiting to happen. Not according to WaPo editors.

“(T)he US financial system has made significant progress toward being less bailout-prone since” the dust settled on the 2008-09 crisis, they said.

“(B)ig banks are considerably better capitalized than” half a decade earlier – enough to “withstand (another) ‘Great Recession.”

The source: The Wall Street controlled Fed’s last ‘stress test’ assessment made public in March – ignoring the monstrous derivatives ticking time bomb weighing them all down along with the entire financial system.

WaPo editors endorse too-big-to-fail banks. They tout so-called “economies of scale and greater ‘soft power’ for US foreign policy.

Near the end of his tenure, Bill Clinton signed legislation repealing Glass-Steagall (the 1999 Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act – letting insurance, investment and commercial banking merge) and the Commodity Futures Modernization Act (permitting unregulated commodity and derivatives trading).

A casino culture of anything goes persists. When counter-parties don’t have funds to pay on demand, bubbles begin deflating. It’s just a matter of time before current market mania ends.""

GMO Ebola Vaccines Ready for Human Guinea Pig Trials in a Neighborhood Near You

""Just as predicted, vaccine companies are soon planning to unveil an Ebola vaccine in response to the manufactured Ebola outbreak that's allegedly still spreading throughout West Africa. A genetically-modified (GM) Ebola vaccine that's currently undergoing human clinical trials will be a spray rather than an injection, and its administration, according to one virologist, "...will not require trained medical personnel."

Much like an inhaler, the novel GM Ebola vaccine will be delivered through a special "breathing device" that anyone can pick up and use without a doctor's help. It's made from a common respiratory virus known as human parainfluenza virus type 3, or HPIV3, that scientists artificially engineered to contain genes from the Ebola virus. These genes purportedly encode the proteins of Ebola virus on the outside of the HPIV3 virus, prompting an immune response.

Researchers publishing their work in the Journal of Clinical Investigation say the vaccine has already been tested on six rhesus macaques, whose respiratory tracts were deliberately infiltrated with the GM virus. One month later, these same monkeys were injected with a dose of Ebola virus that was 1,000 times higher than the level that would normally kill them, but they survived.

The GM virus in the vaccine apparently replicated in the monkeys' respiratory tracts upon inhalation, which in turn caused their cells to produce multiple copies of the Ebola virus's coat. Recognizing the resultant end product as a foreign invader, the monkeys' immune systems attacked it, which researchers say is an indicator of success.

They're now testing this experimental GM Ebola vaccine on a small group of humans in the next step towards eventual commercialization, with the National Institutes of Health (NIH) leading the Phase I trial. The goal is to confirm the safety and efficacy of the vaccine, which they expect to undergo another three years or more of safety testing.

Aerosolized GM Ebola vaccine provides airborne vector to unleash deadly disease outbreak

The researchers involved with the study claim the vaccine doesn't show any signs of harmful side effects, but time will tell whether or not this is actually the case. The unmitigated replication of a genetically engineered virus inside the body can't be a good thing, even if the body supposedly recognizes it as foreign and attacks it.

This particular vaccine also works differently from other vaccines in that it targets two types of immunity - "local" and system-wide. Local, in this case, refers to the immunity present in the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract, while system-wide immunity refers to the gamut of immune cells that normally circulate throughout the body.

How this alteration in immune stimulation will affect humans in the long term is currently unknown, though researchers don't seem all that concerned about the potential for major autoimmune effects. Their only focus, it seems, is to rush this GM Ebola vaccine to market as quickly as possible and to make it as easy as possible for people to receive it, particularly in poorer areas of West Africa.""
As with any aerosol-based vaccine, there's also the potential for viral
spread beyond the individual to whom it's being administered:

Coast of Florida Treasure Hunters Discover One Million Dollar Rare Coin Hoard

Rare coin hoard worth $1m discovered by

treasure hunters off the coast of Florida

"Treasure hunters exploring the waters off the coast of Florida, USA, have discovered a hoard of long forgotten treasure that has been lying on the seabed for at least 300 years. At a depth of about 15 foot beneath the surface, 1,000 feet (305 meters) offshore of Fort Pierce, Florida, Eric Schmitt’s metal detector picked something up. He was expecting it to be a beer can or something like that, but instead it was something infinitely more valuable – a long lost hoard of Spanish treasure.
Schmidt is the captain of a salvage vessel called the Arr Booty which was subcontracted by a company called 1715 Fleet Queen Jewels, LLC, owned by William Brisben and his son Brent. According to Brisben, talking to Live Science, the company owns salvage rights to five of the eleven ships lying on the sea bed. They were originally part of a fleet of 12 ships that sunk in the area in 1715 after being hit by a hurricane. Around 1,000 people died when the ships sank.
The cargo was being transported from Cuba, then a Spanish colony, back to Spain to fund a war that the country was fighting against France (The War of the Spanish Succession). The ships have been known as the “1715 Fleet” ever since.
The discovery is worth nearly $1 million dollars and consists of gold coins and gold chains and also includes an extremely rare Spanish coin called a “Tricentennial Royal”. This item was minted for King Philip V of Spain and was distinguished from other coins of the period, which are cruder, by its perfectly round shape, created when molten gold is poured into a mold. According to Brent Brisben it is worth around $500,000 due to its rarity – only around six of the coins were ever made.

“These things were known as presentation pieces not meant to be circulated as currency,” Schmitt explained, speaking to The Orlando Sentinel.
Philip V held the Spanish throne from 1700 to 1746. In 1724, he abdicated briefly, being succeeded by his son, Louis. However, Louis died in September that same year, forcing Philip to take the throne for a second term. Philip was a member of the House of Bourbons and inherited the condition known as melancholia from them. At times it was even described as a form of madness, characterised by long periods of isolation, manic depression and a suspicious and fearful nature. Philip was placed on the Spanish throne by his grandfather, but this was contested by the Austrian Archduke Charles VI, resulting in the War of the Spanish Succession (1701 to 1714). The 1715 Fleet was carrying so much treasure in order to fund the war that some of it still washes up on Florida beaches occasionally. One of the ships, the Urca de Lima, is protected by law for its archaeological value.""

There may be a lot more treasure lying off
the coast and it could be worth at least $____:

Viking Warfare and Tactical Raids of Yester-Century Seen in New Light, Now Indicates it Wasn't Just About the Booty

The lure of the [Viking] raid was… more than booty; it was about winning and preserving power through the enchantment of travel and the doing of deeds.
Thus states a new paper by an archaeologists from the University of York, England, who has been trying to figure out just why, besides riches, the Vikings carried out the raids and conquests that they did.
“This provides an important correction to models that focus on the need for portable wealth; the act of acquiring silver was as important as the silver itself,” writes Professor Steven Ashby in the journalArchaeological Dialogues (the abstract is here).
The Vikings went on raids and set up colonies in England, mainland Europe and as far east as Russia. They went on voyages of thousands of kilometers to Iceland, Greenland, and Canada. The Viking Age lasted from the 9th to the 13th centuries AD.
“The cause of the Viking Age is one of our longest-lived debates,” Ashby writes. “A combination of push and pull factors and a catalysing environment instigated the late 8th-century escalation in maritime activity that ultimately led to social, political and religious transformation. Recent discussions have focused on the macro level, with little consideration of the individual gains to be made by raiding. This paper argues that rewards consisted in more than portable wealth. In the flexible hierarchies of the Viking Age, those who took advantage of opportunities to enhance their social capital stood to gain significantly.”
Ashby wanted to research the social reasons for the raids. The riches Vikings gained were an obvious lure, but what else would cause a man to leave his family and home sometimes for months at a time and put himself in grave danger of being lost at sea or wounded or even killed in battle? Previous research looked at political, demographic, technological and environmental reasons for Viking raids, in addition to the real wealth of silver and slaves, says a synopsis of Ashby's articlein Past Horizons. Also, why did silver and other riches and slaves become important in Scandinavian society from the end of the 8th century AD onwards?
I wanted to try to discover what would make a young chieftain invest in the time and resources for such a risky venture. And what were the motives of his crew?” Ashby told Past Horizons. “The lure of the exotic, of the world beyond the horizon, was an important factor. Classic anthropology has shown that the mystique of the exotic is a powerful force, and something that leaders and people of influence often use to prop up their power base. It is not difficult to see how this would have worked in the Viking Age.”

Midland Walmart FEMA Camp Detention Center Transformation Amidst Jade Helm 15 Exercises

""A few weeks ago, I was professionally and personally attacked by a would-be-journalist from Big Spring, Texas. In her scathing article, the world was told that there is nothing to Jade Helm and there is nothing unusual going on at the Midland, TX. Walmart. The thrust of the allegations was based on the fact that I dared to use an unnamed source to substantiate my claims that the Midland Walmart was more than likely going to be used as a detention center. The fact is, that I did have outside verification of the some of the claims made by my insider, and unnamed source who called himself “Watcher”. Almost two months later, more evidence has surfaced to support the claims first made on June 2, 2015 that the Walmart in Midland is up to no good and every American should be calling attention to these kinds of activities because this Walmart poses a clear and present danger to many Americans. They certainly are not fixing plumbing issues, but clearly someone is completely full of crap.
Fortunately, for the American people, the public does not have to rely on the unverified word of who I believe to be a disinformation agent, from Big Spring, Texas, whose work is clearly designed to lead freedom-loving Americans away from the truth. Fortunately, and in the interest of the unaltered truth, I have proven source who is also from Big Spring, TX. Marlon Brock has been at the forefront of bring forth the truth of what is really going on at the Midland, TX. Walmart. Marlon has been at work at again disproving the lies that this Walmart is merely closed for plumbing reasons only.

Brief Background Related to the Midland Walmart

As stated, on June 2, 2015, with regard to the goings on at the Midland Walmart, I published the text of 3 communications sent to be by a man who called himself “Watcher” (to view the entire text of “Watcher’s” communications, click here). Watcher claimed to work for a private contractor who has previously done highly secure projects for DHS, DOD, etc.
To summarize Watcher’s anonymous claims, he stated the following:
1. The ventilation system at the Walmart was being replaced by a different system. The photographic evidence, offered below, clearly supports Watcher’s claim of changing out the ventilation system.
2. He claimed that guard towers were being constructed in each of the corners of the store. The photographic evidence provided by Marlon Brock is inconclusive on this point. However, one of photos show poles on the inside of the store extending upward, but we cannot see up to the roof.
3. Watcher stated that “All the display counters and shelves from this Walmart have been taken out of the store. The story that they are saying about plumbing is BS”. Several of the Brock photos support this claim beyond a shadow of a doubt (see photos of trucks hauling out the shelving from the Midland Walmart).
4. Watcher further stated that “…inside the building, I have seen men with DHS badges which we are used to seeing in the jobs that we do. This time we are also seeing men with United Nations badges and they wear the shirt and tie and like the DHS guys they have their construction helmets on as they appear to be planning as much implementing. The place is guarded by private contractor armed with automatic weapons. I have not seen one military person on the inside in uniform.  It is all DHS, UN and us in this building. The organization affiliation of anyone inside the store cannot be confirmed from the Brock photos except for the private security company photos taken by Brock. The security firm was described in the June 2nd article as being very mysterious.
cds
5. Watcher claimed that “the shelves and display cases that were taken out have been replaced. in the middle two thirds of the store.” The newest of the Brock photos do not support this claim of new shelves being placed in the middle two-thirds of the store. And there could be a number of explanations. The new shelving could have been temporary and served to stockpile needed supplies. What is supported is the fact that the entire shelving of the store had been removed. Is this how one fixes a plumbing problem?
6. Watcher stated that “They also have an area in the Northeast part of the store that has black curtains going from the ceiling to the floor and we cannot see what is going on there. You can hear drills and other construction work noises but I have no idea what they are doing. The workers in this side of the store do not speak with anyone else. in fact we do not even see them. They even have their own portable restrooms to keep them from talking to the rest of us. It is definitely something that do not want us to see”. Brock’s photographic evidence clearly supports all of these claims, particularly when the photos are enlarged.
As photographed by Marlon Brock in early June, massive amounts of shelving is being hauled away from the Walmart store in Midland, Texas.

I would guess that in the Midland, Texas Walmart that they solve their plumbing problems by hauling all of the shelves from store off the property. Strange way to fix plumbing isn't it?

There is no shelving left in the store. In this second photo, please take note of the black curtains spoken of by anonymous informer "Watcher". See the excerpt on this below.

This photo was taken by Marlon Brock and sent to me two days ago (July 27, 2015).  PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE BLACK CURTAINS AT THE BACK OF THE STORE. THEY ARE EXACTLY WHAT WATCHER DESCRIBED TO ME IN AN EARLY JUNE EMAIL!!! I would suggest blowing up the picture, as I did, the detail is stunning and we can also clearly the change in the air filtration system in  a blown up version of the photo.
7.  Watcher claimed that TSA type security devices were installed in the rear of the store. Unfortunately, the Brock photos do not confirm or deny this claim as there are too many objects in the way which block a clear view of the rear entrance to the store and the photo is not panoramic in nature. However, there is a sign in the front of the store that directs everyone to the rear of the store and this suggests that Watcher may be correct since “visitors are funneled to one entrance (see below).
Why would all "visitors" be directed to an entrance in the rear of the store when the front entrance is open and completely accessible?
Why would all “visitors” be directed to an entrance in the rear of the store when the front entrance is open and completely accessible? This photo was sent to me on July 25, 2015.

8. There is more evidence to support the claim that the ventilation system was being changed as Watcher stated “Today, some the crew started tearing out some of the ventilation system in what must be a change in how they are going to pump air or something else into the store. Some of this work required working on the roof were it felt like 150 degrees. This building was completely retrofitted. and they are not done. This is not a WMart any longer. I think it is a prison of sorts”.
Since when do you fix plumbing from the roof? This June 2nd photo completely confirms what Watcher said in his email to me.

In his last communication, Watcher wrote the following: “This just does not feel right.  I have a very bad feeling.  Back at where we are staying, one guy asked me what I thought. We are required to keep our mouth shut. This guy has only been on one job before this, so I cannot trust him.  But he said he a very bad feeling like we were building a prison and maybe its time that he gets a regular job.
This will be the last time I write to you.  I go home tomorrow.  I hope you get this out there soon. People need to know the weird things that we have seen. I have done a lot of jobs that are secretive but nothing like this. I almost forgot to mention that when we were coming in this morning in the next tunnel over there were the sounds of heavy construction.  Mr Hodges you need to ask your readers why they never see anyone coming in and out of the front door of this Walmart yet I saw from the roof that they have the private contractor security out in the parking lot.
Thank you.
Watcher
Interesting comment from Watcher about not seeing anyone coming in and out of the front door. This is what we see, in the above photos, where traffic is directed to the rear of the store.

Marlon Brock Contacts Me On July 25, 2015

Dave, I visited the midland Walmart again I noticed just below the “visitors to the rear sign that part of their covering had shifted so I got down on the ground and I was able to snap the attached pics for your review.  Additionally, I pic’d their garbage in the back and there was no sign of “plumbing.”  See attached – Marlon
Marlon went through the garbage and found no evidence of plumbing work.

Please take note of the black curtains spoken of by anonymous informer "Watcher". See the excerpt on this below.
This is a clearer picture of the infamous black curtains spoken of by anonymous informer “Watcher”. This is not a centralized picture of the store. Somebody from Midland needs to dress like a construction worker and go in photograph the entire store.""

 Connecting the Dots In Midland:

Ophiucus the Lost and Found 13th Human Zodiac Sign

"In mythology, Ophiucus is identified with the healer Asclepius, the son of Apollo, who was able to bring the dead back to life.

Realizing his power, Hades convinced Zeus to kill Asclepius with a lightning bolt, and he was placed into the stars as a constellation after his death.

The constellation, Ophiuchus, has been known since ancient times, and is better known as Serpentarius, the Serpent Holder. It is included in the list of 48 constellations described by Ptolemy.

Ophiuchus is depicted as a man handling a serpent; his body dividing the large snake into two parts, giving way to the symbol used today as an Asclepius – the medical staff.

Astrologers have not included Ophiuchus in the wheel of Astrological signs because the Sun spends only about nineteen days in this 13th sign of the Mazzaroth.

Not that there wasn’t a 13th sign in the Heavens, but as far as Astrologers were concerned, the Sun traveled from the constellation ‘Scorpius’ and then proceeded directly into the sign of Sagittarius.

In reality, this was not the case. The Sun, for 19 days of the year, travels through the star constellation ‘Ophiuchus’ before entering Sagittarius from Scorpius.

The sign of Ophiuchus is patterned after the original ‘Serpent Holder’, Enki, a Sumerian god

[Enki was the supreme Anunnaki leader of planet Earth, before being dethroned by Marduk].

The signs of the Zodiac are for the most part, the highway, or path on which the Sun takes it’s yearly journey across the heavens – as it would appear to Earthlings. These signs are actually star constellations occupying space in which the Sun appears to travels in an earth year.

The original twelve signs/constellations: Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces are quite familiar to everyone, however, the thirteenth sign and constellation, [Ophiuchus], is in fact, not well known.

To acknowledge a 13th sign now would seem awkward for astrologers, who like the tidiness of 12 signs that rule over the 12 houses of the Zodiac.

The heavens are alive and they do change after a few thousand years and the astrologer who wants to maintain accuracy must change along with the signs in the heavens.

Ophiuchus 13th sign zodiac The constellation of Ophiuchus is the only sign of the Zodiac which is linked to a real man. This man lived in ancient Egypt around the 27th century BCE, and his name was Imhotep [again patterned after Enki].

Many of the same attributes of Imhotep can also be found in the Biblical Hebrew man Joseph, son of Jacob – [see comparison chart for these two men in separate article]. Imhotep is credited with many accomplishments including the knowledge and use of medicine.

It is said of Imhotep that he brought the art of healing to mankind. The symbol of a serpent [or snake], which is still widely used today to represent the medical profession, was used to represent Imhotep. Imhotep was also known as ‘Aesclepius’ to the ancient Greeks, but by any name the attributes are still all the same.

The attributes listed below describe the Serpent Holder, Imhotep, i.e. the Hebrew Joseph, and Aesclepius. The keyword descriptions seen below, originated with Betty Rhodes, and are the attributes for the 13th sign of the Zodiac – Ophiuchus:

- interpreter of dreams, vivid premonitions,

- attracts good luck and fruitful blessings,

- serpent holder, lofty ideals, – a seeker of peace and harmony,

- doctor of medicine or science, natural-pathic, – adds, increases, joins, or gathers together – poetical, inventive nature, expanding qualities,

- seeks higher education and wisdom, – overseer, supervisor of work, – fame – either grand, or completely misunderstood, – longevity, aspirations of healing the ills of man,

- architect, builder, reaches for the stars, figuratively and literally,

- tax assessor, or levys taxes,

- astrological talents, intuitive,

- large family indicated, but apt to be separated from them when young,

- the number twelve holds great significance,

- foresight and good fortune to benefit from hard times,

- has secret enemies in family or close associations,

- many jealous of this subject,

- notable father, apple of father’s eye when young,

- high position in life expected [depending on aspects] highest fame and legend comes after death

- feelings of granular, wise, genius mentality,

- likes to wear clothing of vibrant colors, and plaids in particular, – receives the favor of those in authority.""
