G7 Leaders Meet in German Alps Instigating War Threats On Russia and Yearly Bilderberg Meeting Secretive Globalist Agenda Gets Underway

""During their second day of discussions in the resort town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen in the German Alps on Monday, the leaders of the major imperialist powers affirmed their commitment to a policy of escalating strategic and military pressure against Russia.
“We need to keep pushing Russia,” Obama said. “Russian forces continue to operate in eastern Ukraine, violating Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.”
“The G7 is making it clear that if necessary we stand ready to impose additional significant sanctions against Russia,” Obama declared.
An official communiqué released by the G7 powers—the United States, Japan, Germany, Britain, France, Italy, and Canada—reaffirmed Obama’s anti-Russia comments. It warned that the assembled powers would devise “further restrictive measures in order to increase cost on Russia.”
The hypocrisy and recklessness of Obama and his G7 counterparts is breathtaking. They are denouncing Russian “aggression” in Ukraine, which they plunged into civil war by backing a fascist-led putsch last year that toppled a pro-Russian government. Now, US and NATO armed forces are conducting air, sea and ground exercises all along Russia’s borders. In Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, Scandinavia, the Baltic Sea, and the Black Sea, the US and its allies are rehearsing the opening stages of an all-out war with Russia.
Last week, US defense officials testifying before the US House of Representatives indicated that the Pentagon is considering launching pre-emptive strikes against Russian targets, including with nuclear weapons (see: US officials consider nuclear strikes against Russia). These statements are no doubt now being carefully studied by the Russian military.
NATO’s recently-formed Rapid Response Force, which has been assembled to serve as the spearhead of a NATO ground war against Russian forces, is set to conduct military exercises in Poland starting today. The so-called “Baltops” exercises are to involve thousands of US-NATO troops and will take place simultaneously in Sweden, Germany and the Baltic Sea.
A quarter century after the Stalinist dissolution of the Soviet Union and the end of the “Cold War,” Washington is preparing new forward-deployments of its nuclear arsenal to Europe. In an interview with the BBC given the preceding day, British Foreign Minister Philip Hammond made clear that plans for new US nuclear deployments to Europe are far advanced.
Hammond told the BBC Sunday that Britain may soon withdraw from the INF treaty, clearing the way for Britain to serve as a staging area for an American nuclear build-up against Russia, just as it did prior to 1991, when US nuclear weapons were stationed at the Royal Air Force’s Greenham Common base.
“There have been some worrying signs of stepping up levels of activity both by Russian forces and by Russian-controlled separatist forces,” Hammond said. “We have got to send a clear signal to Russia that we will not allow them to transgress our red lines.”
The US and European ruling elites’ strategy of endlessly bullying Russia by threatening it with war and nuclear strikes poses immense dangers to the world’s population. Even assuming that the ruling elites of the NATO powers are not immediately seeking to provoke outright war with Russia, the constant drumbeat of NATO threats and military exercises immensely heightens the danger of war breaking out accidentally.
With thousands of jet fighters, warships, and armored units on heightened alert throughout the region, the world is only a few miscalculations away from a clash between NATO and Russian forces that could rapidly escalate into war.
The immense dangers posed to the world’s population arising from the US and NATO war drive against Russia are being hidden from masses of workers in the United States and worldwide. No one in the official media is asking how many people would die if the military maneuvers being practiced by Russian and NATO forces in their exercises turned into the real thing. Instead, much of the media coverage of the G7 summit focused on controversy over whether Obama was drinking alcohol-free beer yesterday.
The relentless military escalation at this G7 summit testifies to the breakdown and historic bankruptcy of capitalism. Without the unification and mobilization of the international working class in revolutionary struggle against imperialism and war, it is not only likely, but inevitable, that NATO war threats will at some point unleash all-out war.
Russian leaders have already warned that they are on alert for signs of an imminent first strike by NATO and are holding Russian nuclear forces ready to respond to such an attack, should it come (see:Russian President Putin says Ukraine crisis threatens nuclear war).""

Anti-Constitutional Supporters Recruitment Acceleration for Army US Soldiers Underway

""In President Obama's ongoing quest to "fundamentally transform" the country, the U.S. military has not been spared as now it is policy to recruit as many illegal aliens as possible -- young men and women who have no emotional ties to America and no fundamental understanding of how our constitutional republic is supposed to function.

The U.S. Army, in particular, has been busy working on recruitment efforts aimed at illegal alien young adults as part of Obama's various executive initiatives to fast-track them into citizenship -- even as Congress continues to debate whether to permit the Pentagon to move ahead.

As reported by The Hill, which covers Congress and the White House, the Defense Department has enlisted 81 illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as children and thus qualify under Obama's Executive-imposed Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, figures provided by the Army indicate. Between January and April 8, the paper said, 43 had been enlisted.

What - are there no American kids to fill the ranks?

Yet, Congress -- which is constitutionally required to play a role in governing the nation -- is still debating whether to permit the Defense Department to enlist illegal alien children, though some members do favor it.

One of them is Rep. Ruben Gallego, D-Ariz., who is a Marine veteran and son of Hispanic immigrants. He has inserted language in the 2016 Defense policy bill that encourages the Secretary of Defense to consider permitting qualified illegal immigrants as "vital to the national interest." There is little discussion of what "qualified" means, other than, perhaps, "qualified" under the president's constitutionally questionable executive action.

The House is scheduled to take up debate on the issue soon, but some member of the House GOP, led by Rep. Mo Brooks of Alabama, are looking to strip out the Gallego provision because they say it will endanger the passage of the Defense bill.

Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) said he will propose an amendment during consideration of the bill to remove the provision if it has not already happened by then, The Hill reported, adding:

In the meantime, more DACA participants could be recruited through a Pentagon program known as the Military Accessions Vital to the National Interest program, or MAVNI.

That program was created for legal immigrants with medical training or critical language skills deemed vital to the national security, according to its creator, retired Lt. Col. Margaret Stock.

MAVNI stalled in 2014 after the Defense Department made DACA participants eligible in September; the MAVNI program was not set up to accept anyone who did not have legal residency documentation.

But clearly the trajectory is to enlist more illegal immigrant children. Besides the fact that there are congressional efforts to do so and the president clearly wants it, the Pentagon is widening its programs that enlist illegal alien children. In 2015, the DoD doubled the number of MAVNI slots from 1,500 to 3,000; in October, that figure is slated to rise to 5,000.

Wayne Hall, a spokesman for the Army, said that the 81 MAVNI enlistees have all signed enlistment papers but are not yet officially in the U.S. Army. He notes that they will have to undergo a "very thorough" background check and will not begin basic training until that process is complete.

He also said the expansion of the MAVNI program was needed to fill the Army's ranks with "highly qualified soldiers who fill critical shortages," though he did not explain why those shortages could not be filled instead with young American recruits.

The debate begins

Meanwhile, the destruction of the military under Obama continues in other ways, as noted by Michael Becker, writing at the Joe the Plumber blog:""

NATO War Games Underway as Arsenals Rally to Strategic Military Points on the Map to Unleash Hell on a Future War with Russia

""We have highlighted relevant sections. What this review confirms is that the US and its NATO allies are on an active war footing. US-NATO military exercises, training and planning are being regularly conducted on Russia’s doorstep in Eastern Europe, the Black Sea basins and the Baltic states.
Whereas Russia is not mentioned, these various military initiatives and “defensive” war games threaten the Russian Federation.
They involve the participation of troops from several NATO and NATO partner countries.
What these articles and reports suggest is that Washington is anxious to mobilize military forces within NATO and NATO partner countries without the need to deploy a large number of US  troops.

Iran Calls On China, India, Russia To Oppose NATO Expansion, Missiles

Sputnik International

Iran Ready to Cooperate With Russia, China, India to Oppose NATO in Europe
MOSCOW: Iran calls for cooperation with Russia, India and China to oppose NATO’s plans for military expansion in Europe, the country’s Defense Minister Hossein Dehghan said Thursday at a press conference in Moscow.
“We would like to support the idea of developing a multifaceted cooperation between China, Iran, Russia, and India to oppose the purposeful expansion of NATO to the east and placing a missile shield in Europe.”
He emphasized that Iran was ready to begin consultations on the issue to secure stability in the region.
NATO has been boosting its presence in Eastern Europe which has caused concerns from Russian authorities. The process is taking place amid tensions between the alliance and Moscow, following NATO’s accusations that Russia was providing Ukraine’s southeastern militias with military assistance.
Moscow has denied the allegations, while Russian Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov called the alliance’s activity in Eastern Europe “unjustified.”
In February, NATO announced the increase of its Rapid Response Force from 13,000 to 30,000 military personnel, and the establishment of six new command posts in European states close to the Russian borders.

According to the memorandum, which was signed in January by NATO, Bulgaria, Albania, Croatia, Estonia, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia, the particular ACCS projects would be determined by the relevant committees of the Alliance, the government said in a press release.
The ACCS projects were expected to be implemented in Bulgaria in the period of 2015-2018, with the total value of around 12 million euros (some 12.68 million U.S. dollars), the government said.
Bulgaria, a NATO member since 2004, has been defending the Alliance’s airspace [sic] by performing NATO air policing duties with its Soviet-made MiG-29 and MiG-21 fighters.

Ukrainian Crisis: NATO’s Pretext To Contain And Besiege Russia

RT
April 15, 2015
‘Ukrainian crisis – NATO pretext to contain and besiege Russia’
NATO exercises in Europe and its eastward expansion have nothing to do with the Ukrainian crisis, which is used as a pretext to move closer to Russia’s borders in order to contain and besiege it, says international analyst Rick Rozoff.
RT: NATO continues to increase its military personnel in Eastern Europe, carrying out large-scale military exercises with 17 countries taking part. It’s the latest stage of Operation Atlantic Resolve – a series of over 30 war games in Europe throughout this year. What do you think NATO is preparing for?
Rick Rozoff: They are preparing for a direct military confrontation with Russia. I think that’s an inescapable conclusion. Let’s recollect first of all, we have some not even short memory-influenced thinking about what the North Atlantic Treaty Organization is. It was founded 66 years ago this month to be exact, in 1949, with the express intention of containing, confronting, and as need might arise engaging in a military conflict with Russia. Pure and simple. There is no other purpose for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Now in the post-Cold War period with the demise of the Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics, and of the Eastern Bloc as a whole, far from having dissolved itself, which would have been logical if its intent had been in any way or form of a defensive nature, it instead increased its membership by 12 new countries, by 75 percent. All 12 of those countries are in Eastern Europe, several of them border Russia. And it has always been the express intent of NATO to move up to Russia’s western and to large part of its southern borders and to contain Russia. That’s a purpose for it. So the fact that the Ukrainian crisis has been exploited as the pretense for an acceleration of plans long under way – years, decades under way – for NATO expansion to contain and besiege Russia. There is something we need to be aware of. The NATO expansion in the Baltics, in the Black Sea has nothing to do with the Ukrainian crisis except as a pretext. It has everything to do with plans that were under way for at least a decade or two…
