Anti-Constitutional Supporters Recruitment Acceleration for Army US Soldiers Underway

""In President Obama's ongoing quest to "fundamentally transform" the country, the U.S. military has not been spared as now it is policy to recruit as many illegal aliens as possible -- young men and women who have no emotional ties to America and no fundamental understanding of how our constitutional republic is supposed to function.

The U.S. Army, in particular, has been busy working on recruitment efforts aimed at illegal alien young adults as part of Obama's various executive initiatives to fast-track them into citizenship -- even as Congress continues to debate whether to permit the Pentagon to move ahead.

As reported by The Hill, which covers Congress and the White House, the Defense Department has enlisted 81 illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as children and thus qualify under Obama's Executive-imposed Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, figures provided by the Army indicate. Between January and April 8, the paper said, 43 had been enlisted.

What - are there no American kids to fill the ranks?

Yet, Congress -- which is constitutionally required to play a role in governing the nation -- is still debating whether to permit the Defense Department to enlist illegal alien children, though some members do favor it.

One of them is Rep. Ruben Gallego, D-Ariz., who is a Marine veteran and son of Hispanic immigrants. He has inserted language in the 2016 Defense policy bill that encourages the Secretary of Defense to consider permitting qualified illegal immigrants as "vital to the national interest." There is little discussion of what "qualified" means, other than, perhaps, "qualified" under the president's constitutionally questionable executive action.

The House is scheduled to take up debate on the issue soon, but some member of the House GOP, led by Rep. Mo Brooks of Alabama, are looking to strip out the Gallego provision because they say it will endanger the passage of the Defense bill.

Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) said he will propose an amendment during consideration of the bill to remove the provision if it has not already happened by then, The Hill reported, adding:

In the meantime, more DACA participants could be recruited through a Pentagon program known as the Military Accessions Vital to the National Interest program, or MAVNI.

That program was created for legal immigrants with medical training or critical language skills deemed vital to the national security, according to its creator, retired Lt. Col. Margaret Stock.

MAVNI stalled in 2014 after the Defense Department made DACA participants eligible in September; the MAVNI program was not set up to accept anyone who did not have legal residency documentation.

But clearly the trajectory is to enlist more illegal immigrant children. Besides the fact that there are congressional efforts to do so and the president clearly wants it, the Pentagon is widening its programs that enlist illegal alien children. In 2015, the DoD doubled the number of MAVNI slots from 1,500 to 3,000; in October, that figure is slated to rise to 5,000.

Wayne Hall, a spokesman for the Army, said that the 81 MAVNI enlistees have all signed enlistment papers but are not yet officially in the U.S. Army. He notes that they will have to undergo a "very thorough" background check and will not begin basic training until that process is complete.

He also said the expansion of the MAVNI program was needed to fill the Army's ranks with "highly qualified soldiers who fill critical shortages," though he did not explain why those shortages could not be filled instead with young American recruits.

The debate begins

Meanwhile, the destruction of the military under Obama continues in other ways, as noted by Michael Becker, writing at the Joe the Plumber blog:""

State Of Colorado Opts Out of Jade Helm Exercises But the Government Has Other Plans

""Nearly 650 vehicles will roll south from Colorado Springs next week in the biggest Army convoy seen in the Pikes Peak region in decades.

By some accounts, it's the largest road convoy in Colorado since World War II. It will take more than 4,000 soldiers and more than 300 Stryker armored vehicles and other rigs from Fort Carson's 1st Brigade Combat Team to its Piñon Canyon Maneuver Site east of Trinidad for combat training.

But the road trip, which runs May 26-30, has its own reward.

"The move to Piñon Canyon is itself a training event," said Col. David Hodne, the brigade's commander.

Hodne's brigade has been training for more than a year with the Strykers, which replaced a contingent of vehicles including 72-ton M-1 tanks. A big part of the Stryker's battlefield appeal is its ability to move quickly across vast distances, allowing commanders to reinforce a weakened line or exploit an enemy shortcoming in hours.

To do that, soldiers must learn the road.

Brigade planners have labored for eight months to draw up convoy plans and work with local authorities along the route to blunt the impact on commuters. Officials in the counties along the route have offered to ease the way for the Army rigs and usher them through areas that might become congested.

ON THE ROAD

Hundreds of Fort Carson vehicles will hit the road starting May 26 in a massive convoy for a training exercise at Piñon Canyon Maneuver Site.

The rigs will be on southern Colorado roads through May 30. Exact routes haven't been released.

Here are roads that could be impacted:

Interstate 25 south of Colorado Springs.

Highway 115 from Fort Carson to Highway 50.

Highway 50 through Pueblo County.

Highways 160 and 350 east of Trinidad.

"It could pose some unique challenges," said Maj. Curtis Yankie, a transportation officer with the post's 4th Infantry Division.

Long road convoys are commonplace at some Army posts, including Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington, where Stryker troops regularly hit the highway for a 150-mile drive to a training area near Yakima.

At Fort Carson, though, most Piñon Canyon training has involved tanks and M-2 Bradley Fighting Vehicles - tracked rigs that aren't designed for freeway driving. Those heavier vehicles have been hauled to the training area by train.

Strykers, though, are built for pavement. The eight-wheeled rigs have four-wheel steering and behave like heavily armored motor homes on the open road. The Strykers weigh in at an interstate-friendly 18 tons, about half of a loaded 18-wheeler.

That's why the Army bought its first Strykers in 1999 - the lighter rigs can be quickly flown or driven to war.""

US Army Recruiting Illegal Immigrants by the Border Truckload

""The Pentagon is speeding up its recruitment of illegal immigrants in a program that fast-tracks them to U.S. citizenship, as Congress debates allowing the military to do so.
Since January, the Pentagon has enlisted 81 illegal immigrants who arrived in the U.S. as children and qualify for President Obama's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, according to figures provided by the Army on Thursday.
Between January and April 8, only 43 had been enlisted, an Army spokesman said.
Since then, at least 38 more recruits have signed up.
But in Congress, members are debating whether illegal immigrants should lawfully be allowed to join the armed forces.
Rep. Ruben Gallego (D-Ariz.), a Marine veteran and son of Hispanic immigrants, inserted a provision in the 2016 defense policy bill that would encourage the Defense secretary to consider qualified illegal immigrants as "vital" to national security.
The House is scheduled to debate the bill next week, but some House Republicans, led by Rep. Mo Brooks (Ala.), are trying to strip the provision, arguing it endangers the measure's passage.
Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) said he will propose an amendment during consideration of the bill to remove the provision if it has not already happened by then.
Gallego's plan could help pave the way for more DACA participants to be recruited through a Pentagon program known as the Military Accessions Vital to the National Interest program, or MAVNI.
That program was created for legal immigrants with medical training or critical language skills deemed vital to the national security, according to its creator, retired Lt. Col. Margaret Stock.
The MAVNI program stalled last year after the Pentagon last September extended eligibility to qualified illegal immigrants, since the program was not designed to accept people without legal documents.
This year, the Pentagon expanded the number of slots available from 1,500 to 3,000, and is slated to expand that number to 5,000 in October.
Army spokesman Wayne Hall said the 81 MAVNI enlistees have signed enlistment contracts but are not yet officially in the Army. ""
