Obama’s Ten Commandments for Christians, Constitutionalists and Caucasians

I.

""Thou shalt have no other false Gods before me, such as freedom, financial independence and the worship of Jesus Christ

II.

As it is written in the holy scriptures of Obamacare, honor thy “real” father and thy mother until they need to be sacrificed by my exalted death panels

III.

Thou shalt not possess unto thee any graven images and this shall include copies of my fake long-form birth certificate

IV.

Remember to keep the tax day holy, April 15th, for it is written, that he that has enough to eat shall be taxed into oblivion.

V.

Thou shalt not kill, unless operating under the authority of the NDAA, seeking to abort a helpless baby, or unless the victims name is Chris Stevens and he runs guns for the CIA, to ISIS and al-Qaeda, into first Libya and then Syria.

VI.

Thou shalt not commit adultery unless you are a senior member of my cabinet, then, anything that possesses breath is fair game for thy personal pleasure.

VII.

Thou shalt not discriminate against thy fellow citizens unless they are Caucasian, Christian, or believes in the Constitution.

VIII.

Thou shalt not steal, unless you are a recipient of QE3, own a megabank or are a community organizer. Only then is it acceptable to take money from middle class Americans and give it to illegal immigrants and your campaign contributors at the Federal Reserve and on Wall Street.

IX.

Thou Shalt not make unto thee any graven image unless it is the hammer and sickle.

Federal Government Claims Another One Million Acres: A State Land Grab Repurposing Courtesy of One Obama

""The federal government once more dramatically increased its land holdings at the expense of states in recent days, as noted by a White House announcement that said President Obama has used the century-old Antiquities Act again to designate three new national monuments totaling 1 million acres.

In particular, as reported by the San Jose Mercury News, Obama created the 704,000-acre Basin and Range National Monument north of Las Vegas, the Berryessa Snow Mountain National Monument, a 100-mile stretch of land reaching across roughly 100 miles of northern California, and Waco Mammoth National Monument in Texas.

In an announcement, the White House bragged:

Together, the new monuments protect over one million acres of public land. These monuments will also provide a boost to local economies by attracting visitors and generating more revenue and jobs for local communities, further supporting an outdoor recreation industry that already generates $646 billion in consumer spending each year. With these new designations, President Obama will have used the Antiquities Act to establish or expand 19 national monuments. Altogether, he has protected more than 260 million acres of public lands and waters – more than any other President.

As the White House gushed, so, too, did a number of environmental groups who, like this president, have no regard for private and state-owned property and the chance for economic development that such designations take away from ordinary citizens.

"Political weapon"

This was not lost on U.S. Rep. Rob Bishop, R-Utah, who derided Obama for showing "complete disdain for Congress and the people of Nevada, California and Texas."

In a statement of his own, Bishop said:

Following the example of Jimmy Carter, the Obama Administration is using and abusing the Antiquities Act as a political weapon. The worst part is that the act doesn't guarantee public input. In fact, the vast majority of monuments that have been created through the Antiquities Act were created with no public input whatsoever. The people in the counties deserve the right to continue their work on locally-driven land initiatives without threats like these hanging over their heads.

U.S. Rep. Jason Chaffetz, another Utah Republican, said he believed Obama and future presidents should be barred from using the Antiquities Act to designate national monuments on land where local county officials have instituted a land management program.

"The Congressional process guarantees public involvement and ensures that all local interests are considered," he said. "To avoid the debacle that is now Lincoln County, any county participating in a local planning process should demand such an exemption be included in the final bill, I know that I will."

Obama is certainly not the only U.S. president to essentially steal state and private land in ways that deprive states and their residents of economic benefits. In 1996, President Bill Clinton designated the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument after his administration had made public assurances that he would not do so. The designation had – and continues to have – massive negative economic effects on Utah and the country.

Clinton's designation "locked out a lot of ranchers, they locked out a whole bunch of clean coal," Utah Gov. Gary Herbert said in 2010. "Clean coal" has far less sulfur and ash than other coal and is far less common; locking it up on a national monument meant that it could not be developed.

Western states are particularly sensitive to federal land ownership; the vast majority of federal land is located in the region.

Remember Cliven Bundy?

Federal land ownership also brings federal rules and regulations, and increasingly citizens of states where the Feds own much of the land are growing frustrated with having to deal with out-of-control authoritarian agencies that "manage" federal land, like the Interior Department's Bureau of Land Management.

This frustration came to a head in the spring of 2014, when the BLM sent a small army of heavily armed agents to Nevada to enforce a court order against longtime rancher Cliven Bundy (see that story here).""

Iran Nuke Deal or Bust: Obama's Second Term Agenda Centerpiece

""Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton says President Obama is likely to sign any nuclear deal he can get with Iran because it’s the centerpiece of his second-term agenda.
In a wide-ranging interview, Bolton also defended his strong support for the NSA’s bulk data collection program that expired Sunday night and explained why he decided against a presidential run in 2016.
The Iranian nuclear threat emerged again on Monday when the New York Times reported that Iran’s enrichment program is ramping up, contrary to Obama administration assurances.
“With only one month left before a deadline to complete a nuclear deal with Iran, international inspectors have reported that Tehran’s stockpile of nuclear fuel increased about 20 percent over the last 18 months of negotiations, partially undercutting the Obama administration’s contention that the Iranian program had been ‘frozen’ during that period,” said the Times in its lead paragraph.
Bolton said this disconnect between administration statements and the true state of Iranian activities raises even more red flags about a formal agreement.
“It underlines just how feckless the president’s policy is with respect to Iran’s nuclear weapons program, how dangerous and how flawed this deal that they’ve been negotiating is turning out to be,” Bolton said in a radio interview with WND and Radio America.
While Bolton thinks the recent injury to Secretary of John Kerry could postpone a final deal with Iran, he firmly believes Obama will take whatever agreement he can get from the mullahs in Tehran.
“The president’s press people have already said this is his second-term signature issue, the equivalent of Obamacare in the first term,” Bolton said. “He’s going to sign a deal with Iran, I’m afraid, with Iran no matter how bad it is.”
Even if talks were to break down somehow, Bolton believes simply engaging with Iran has done America’s enemy enormous good.
“The administration’s efforts are both legitimizing the regime, which is a tragic mistake, given that it’s still the world’s largest financial supporter of international terrorism,” he said. “It also legitimizes the nuclear program, which really paves the road for Iran to become a nuclear weapons state at a time of its choosing. This is very dangerous.”
Bolton also believes it was dangerous for Congress to let certain aspects of the Patriot Act expire over the weekend and for lawmakers to reject giving the National Security Agency, or NSA, the power to collect bulk data as a means of tracing terrorist connections.
Led by Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., lawmakers concerned about the program’s intrusion into Americans’ Fourth Amendment rights against unlawful search and seizure succeeded in ending the program that a federal appeals court said was never authorized by Congress in the first place.
On Tuesday, the Senate passed the House version of the USA Freedom Act. Bolton isn’t impressed.
“I think that’s a very poor substitute for the Patriot Act program,” he said.
Under the previous policy, the NSA collected information on every phone call in the U.S., listing both the numbers involved in each call and the duration of the calls. Critics like Sen. Paul contend the government has no right to that information without probable cause.
Bolton disagrees.
“Unless you own a telephone company, if you want to make a phone call, you’ve got to go through a third party. The records we’re talking about are not your records. They’re the telephone company’s billing records,” said Bolton, who says other sources are far more likely to act irresponsibly with Americans’ information.
“These records are like bank records, department store records, Amazon.com records, all of which are sold to other commercial ventures. I think Google and Facebook probably know more about you than the NSA ever will,” he said, adding that the collection of any data beyond the numbers called and the length of those calls requires a Fourth Amendment compliant warrant.
Calling the recent debate “a bizarre moment in American politics,” Bolton, without naming Paul or any other critic of the bulk data collection program, slammed them for what he considers a series of misleading points.
“I think this debate has been characterized by demagoguery and misinformation,” he said. “It’s very hard to catch up with the truth when some of the opponents of the program are saying things that leave many Americans with the implication NSA is listening to their phone calls or reading their emails. Absolutely not true and yet it’s very hard to have a rational discussion when the distortions are so prevalent.""

Obama's Lobbying on the Trans-Pacific Trade Deal (TPP) So Far Rejected on Senate Floor

""President Obama takes it personally when Americans disagree with his free-trade fundamentalism. He keeps griping about the Democrats who usually support his agenda but are ardently opposed to his request for “fast-track” authority to bypass congressional input and oversight on a sweeping Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal.
The president has from the start of the debate over fast track and the TPP had a practical problem: If most congressional Democrats align with labor, environmental and human rights activists rather than the White House --  as they appear intent upon doing — they can block Obama's trade agenda. In the Senate, just 40 votes are required to erect a procedural barrier to fast-track legislation. In the House, a reasonably united Democratic caucus could align with the significant number of Republicans who have traditionally opposed unrestricted free trade to thwart fast track and/or the TPP itself.
On Tuesday, the first major test came in the Senate, and the president lost. Sixty votes were required to open a debate on fast track, but only 52 senators voted to go forward. Forty-two Democrats and two independents who caucus with the Democrats, Vermont's Bernie Sanders and Maine's Angus King, voted "no."
The trade fight is not finished; negotiations with Senate Republicans who favor Obama's agenda could make the fast-track proposal more attractive to at least a few wavering Democrats. And if that happens, expect Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to exercise the option he has retained to bring the issue up again.
Unless and until that happens, however,  the president has taken a hard hit. It happened because a number of traditionally pro-free trade Democrats, who had been expected to vote with Obama and the Republicans, joined with the Senate's growing caucus of fair-trade Democrats to block action.
This was what the president feared would happen.
In the run-up to Tuesday's vote, the president made no secret of his frustration with his fellow Democrats.
“There have been a bunch of critics about trade deals generally and the Trans-Pacific Partnership,” he told the crowd that was assembled last week for his appearance at the corporate headquarters of Nike, a US-based firm that (with its contractors) now employs roughly 40 overseas workers for every one American. “[What’s] interesting is typically they’re my friends coming from my party."
Instead of listening to their objections, however, Obama simply announced that he was right and the Democrats who have backed him on so many other issues were wrong.
The problem is that has "evidence" the president has mustered on behalf of fast track and the TPP is unconvincing. In part that's because, as Bernie Sanders warned with regard to proponents of free-trade deals during Tuesday's Senate debate, "These folks have been proven wrong time after time after time." But there is also the fact that the current promises are so hollow. Consider the case of Nike and that 40-1 ratio. Even if every promise about the benefits of free trade and the TPP were to come true—an exceptionally unlikely prospect if the history of trade pacts is any guide—the ratio of overseas workers to Americans employed by Nike and its contractors would shift to somewhere in the range of 30-1. That best-casescenario, everyone admits, would take more than a decade to be achieved. And, though fewer admit it, much of the new employment would likely involve technical workers developing automated production schemes that reduce rather than increase living-wage employment in the US and abroad.
These are points that foes of Trade Promotion Authority and the TPP have made in precise and thoughtful detail, and with substantial support from economists and policy analysts.
Yet, Obama has dismissed those who disagree with him as somehow wrongheaded and ignorant. “[What’s] interesting is typically they’re my friends coming from my party,” he said of the fast-track and TPP critics. “And they’re my fellow travelers on minimum wage and on job training and on clean energy and on every progressive issue, they’re right there with me. And then on this, they’re like whupping on me.”
Why does the president think this is so? “[On] this issue, on trade,” he says, “I actually think some of my dearest friends are wrong. They’re just wrong.”
Obama’s criticisms of fellow Democrats, which became more and more intense as Tuesday's Senate vote approached, disregarded not just the honest concerns of Democratic members of the House and Senate but the sincere objections of union members, environmentalists, civil-rights and human-rights activists.
Ultimately, the president's approach harmed his own credibility, as his comments created the impression that he was unaware of the long experience, and the deep insight, possessed by progressive critics of free-trade absolutism. The largest and steadiest public-education project on a major economic issue in modern history has played out over the past quarter-century in union halls and church basements and community centers across the country, as Americans have wrestled with the promises and realities of trade policy.
The people the president keeps saying are “wrong”—a group that includes Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid, Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren, Sanders and most House Democrats -- are not unthinking protectionists or crude isolationists. They are supporters of workers, the environment, and human rights in the United States and abroad. They have come to recognize that, while fair trade holds immense promise, free trade along the lines the United States has practiced it in recent decades has done immense damage.
The most ardent opponents of fast track and the TPP have first-hand experience with failed trade policies. They have seen what the North American Free Trade Agreement, the permanent normalization of trade with China and other trade arrangements have done to their communities.Their current position is rooted in an understanding that, as Minnesota Congressman Keith Ellison (a co-chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus and an early supporter of Obama’s 2008 presidential run) says, “We cannot afford to rush through another NAFTA that values corporate profits above families.”
As a presidential candidate in 2008, Obama visited many of those communities and stood side-by-side with many of the leading opponents of ill-conceived and poorly administered trade agreements. He decried “a Washington where decades of trade deals like NAFTA and China have been signed with plenty of protections for corporations and their profits, but none for our environment or our workers who’ve seen factories shut their doors and millions of jobs disappear…”
Now, Obama suggests that those he sided with in 2008 are clueless in 2015.
That is not the case.
“American workers have seen the effects of unfair foreign trade on their jobs and manufacturing facilities—they don’t need their elected leaders making personal attacks on each other during an important policy debate,” says Ohio Senator Sherrod Brown, a Democrat who remembers when Obama stood with the critics of failed free-trade policies.
“During the 2008 presidential primary, I watched President Obama argue in Cleveland that we should renegotiate NAFTA. Instead, we’ve seen more empty promises of jobs through exports while American workers are hit with a flood of imports and jobs shipped overseas,” says Brown. “It’s clear that the American public doesn’t support these trade deals and I am disappointed the president has resorted to name calling in an attempt to shift the debate.”
Brown’s opposition to fast track and the TPP is inspired by what he has seen happen to Ohio communities like his hometown of Mansfield, and in statistics that confirm the failure of trade deals to live up to promises made by Republican and Democratic presidents:
The Obama Administration predicted that the South Korea Free Trade Agreement would create 70,000 jobs and deliver up to $11 billion in exports. Instead, it only increased U.S. exports to Korea by $1 billion, while Korean imports have skyrocketed to more than $12 billion. The growing good trade deficit with Korea has eliminated over 75,000 jobs in the last three years.
The U.S. already has a trade deficit with Japan and 10 other countries included in the TPP. Since 1997, the deficit with these countries has increased by $151.4 billion.
Congresswoman Louise Slaughter, a Democrat who has worked on trade policy since the 1980s, explains that the president’s suggestion that his critics do not understand the issue is “absolutely inaccurate.”
“We know exactly what we’re talking about,” says Slaughter, the daughter of a coal miner who has charted trade-related factory closings and job losses in her upstate New York district for decades. “My concern is that he does not understand what’s in it.""

Gun Restrictions and Ammo Bans!: US Congress Facilitates Shady Moves Against the American People

ACTION: Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Sen. Orrin Hatch may soon give the President authority to write gun control restrictions into a “trade agreement.” So click here to contact your Senators –- whether they are liberal or conservative. Urge them to vote against the anti-gun “fast track” bill (S. 995).

Will UN-style gun control be rammed down our throats?

""Gun import bans ... Microstamping of firearms ... Ammunition bans ... The full implementation of the anti-gun UN Arms Trade Treaty ... Illegal amnesty which locks in millions of new, anti-gun voters.
This anti-gun wish list could be part of the secret trade agreement that President Obama is getting ready to spring on the Congress.
This trade pact is called “fast track,” and what it means is that Obama can write any form of gun control he chooses into a trade agreement -- import bans, amnesty, etc.
And this agreement DOESN’T need two-thirds vote in the Senate, as a treaty would. When completed, the agreement is merely subject to a majority vote in both Houses ... it can't be filibustered ... it can't be amended ... and the GOP can't refuse to consider it.

Top Secret TPP means you won’t know what’s in the bill

Reports have already surfaced that the TOP SECRET draft contains a whole chapter with a European Union-style provision allowing unlimited migration from Mexico into the United States. This would fulfill Obama’s dream -- which he begun with Executive Amnesty -- to import millions of new anti-gun (liberal) voters into the country.
Of course, we can't quote for you any of the language in the Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement because the document is TOP SECRET. Obama won't reveal it, even to most congressmen, until Congress has given it its imprimatur by allowing it to pass under fast track procedures.
On Monday, Politico reported:
If you want to hear the details of the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal the Obama administration is hoping to pass, you’ve got to be a member of Congress, and you’ve got to go to classified briefings and leave your staff and cellphone at the door.
If you’re a [congressional] member who wants to read the text, you’ve got to go to a room in the basement of the Capitol Visitor Center and be handed it one section at a time, watched over as you read, and forced to hand over any notes you make before leaving.
And no matter what, you can’t discuss the details of what you’ve read.
Truly, even more than with ObamaCare, this is a case of "You have to pass it to find out what's in it."

Some Republicans are being duped

But that's not all: The fast track authority being granted to Obama and his successor for the next six years applies to whatever type of trade negotiation Obama chooses to enter into.
So, if he can write the UN Arms Trade Treaty into a trade agreement, then it can't be filibustered or amended or prevented from consideration.""

US Army Recruiting Illegal Immigrants by the Border Truckload

""The Pentagon is speeding up its recruitment of illegal immigrants in a program that fast-tracks them to U.S. citizenship, as Congress debates allowing the military to do so.
Since January, the Pentagon has enlisted 81 illegal immigrants who arrived in the U.S. as children and qualify for President Obama's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, according to figures provided by the Army on Thursday.
Between January and April 8, only 43 had been enlisted, an Army spokesman said.
Since then, at least 38 more recruits have signed up.
But in Congress, members are debating whether illegal immigrants should lawfully be allowed to join the armed forces.
Rep. Ruben Gallego (D-Ariz.), a Marine veteran and son of Hispanic immigrants, inserted a provision in the 2016 defense policy bill that would encourage the Defense secretary to consider qualified illegal immigrants as "vital" to national security.
The House is scheduled to debate the bill next week, but some House Republicans, led by Rep. Mo Brooks (Ala.), are trying to strip the provision, arguing it endangers the measure's passage.
Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) said he will propose an amendment during consideration of the bill to remove the provision if it has not already happened by then.
Gallego's plan could help pave the way for more DACA participants to be recruited through a Pentagon program known as the Military Accessions Vital to the National Interest program, or MAVNI.
That program was created for legal immigrants with medical training or critical language skills deemed vital to the national security, according to its creator, retired Lt. Col. Margaret Stock.
The MAVNI program stalled last year after the Pentagon last September extended eligibility to qualified illegal immigrants, since the program was not designed to accept people without legal documents.
This year, the Pentagon expanded the number of slots available from 1,500 to 3,000, and is slated to expand that number to 5,000 in October.
Army spokesman Wayne Hall said the 81 MAVNI enlistees have signed enlistment contracts but are not yet officially in the Army. ""

New Military Complex: JADE HELM ROADS LEAD TO MIDLAND, TEXAS

""The absurdity of the Midland Walmart story in which the store had to be closed because of plumbing issues is amazing. In Midland, the Walmart is closed and we see a plethora of military activity at the store. Since when did the military service Walmart plumbing? Yet, there are some Americans who still believe this cover story.

All roads related to Jade Helm lead to Midland, Texas. Midland is at the heart of Jade Helm. If Jade Helm could be turned back in Midland, the globalists would have to find another means to subjugate the American people.

“I Don’t Know Nuthin”

In the past several days, I have talked to six people from both Midland and Odessa, Texas. Some of these people who form the economic backbone of the area, and they have figured out what is coming. I know there have been multiple private conversations about what to do about the growing Obama administration cancer growing right in their backyard among local business leaders.

In Midland, the number one Walmart, with regard to per capita spending in America, is suddenly closed, without warning, fires its employees and the former store is now a hotbed of reconstruction and military activity at the site and is crawling with military and the DHS personnel and vehicles. Where is the outrage?

From local business leaders, I have been able to ascertain that the cover story regarding Walmart’s faulty plumbing being the reason for the closure is a complete fabrication. The Midland, TX. Walmart had its plumbing updated six months prior to the closure of the store and no new plumbing permits have been obtained.

Unfortunately, every person I have spoken to is afraid to put their name on what they know to be true. They want to tell their story, but they are afraid of any consequences associated with standing up, exposing tyranny and doing the right thing. In this time of extreme crisis, we do not have the time to play games. If one is not willing to speak out ad be accountable for their statements, then do not masquerade as a freedom fighter. Since Saturday morning, I have spoken with five men and one woman and each one expressed fear and concern that they and their family would be victimized if they spoke out and they told what they knew. I am looking for people with courage in Midland who are outraged by this takeover and are willing to investigate and go on the record.

To the people of Midland, Texas, your city has been taken over by the Obama administration. Some of you are feeling the consequences of the takeover, the rest of you will soon feel the consequences of the takeover. Despite the fact that you will soon live in modern day Auschwitz, you remain relatively silent. Many of your people are being used to retrofit this Walmart, the economy has negatively been impacted by the closure of the Walmart, the military vehicles are at the closed Walmart for all to see and yet, the business and political leaders of your community “don’t know nuthin”.

Right now, today, there should be people in the streets protesting the military takeover of Walmart in Midland. Instead, we have a couple of people with video cameras attempting to covertly get the word out of the military invasion that has come to their town.

What We Know

Look at the following video it is shaky and unprofessionally produced, however, it shows the world what is going on in Midland where evil is triumphant because good men and women are saying nothing.

In the following video, please fast forward to the 22 minute mark, which is a must watch. At the 22 minute mark, Pete Santilli reports on his talk show how he has inside information that Walmart, Facebook and the DHS, (Editor’s Note: Pete has the documentation to support his position), have partnered to install facial recognition software in every Walmart because at some point in time, 85% of all Americans go into a Walmart.  (Pete’s report can be accessed at the 22 minute mark on the tape). In the same Santilli presentation, he played an ABC report which stated that plumbing permits for the closed Walmarts were not acquired and that includes the Walmart in Midland, TX.

Coincidentally, the following video also references the great work done by Deborah Tavares on Future Strategic Issues/Future Warfare (Circa 2025). I say coincidentally, because Deborah was a guest on my show last night and she spoke of these revelations. On page 101 of the report, available at Deborah’s site, there is a reference to the fact when we take vaccinations, we automatically have a bio-identifier implanted in our system that can be scanned to identify where we are at any given time. I have learned from my sources, that these markers are not totally reliable because they can biodegrade over time. Yet, the intention is clear, DHS is attempting to tag us before they bag us.

Walmart Is Part of the Purple Command Structure

My sources tell me that the Walmart Supercenters are going to be used as a multi-purpose facility. The Walmarts that are open will indeed be used to identify everyone who enters their store and the information will be instantly relayed to DHS. Therefore, if you are a person on the Red List, you better stay out of Walmart. In fact, all Americans should be encouraged to stay out of all Walmarts.

It is not just Walmart that Red Listed people must worry about. The problem for any people who have been “Red Listed” is that they do not know how many other public venues will have the same capacity for facial recognition. Four years ago, when I was investigating Intellistreets technology which included plans for DHS to install facial recognition software in every traffic camera and light pole, I learned that most traffic cameras are already tied into the NSA and DHS database with facial recognition. There can only be one reason to possess this technology and that is to identify and to eliminate political enemies of the state.

The military term “Purple Command” means that a facility has a joint use function. For example a military base may play home to the Marines and the Air Force. This is looked at as a cost-savings measure. However, it is also a means to unify the military under one strategic command in a Gestapo type of approach that will be needed to control the military and its personnel in the coming purge.""
