Disturbing trends?

Carl Gallups, pastor of Florida-based Hickory Hammock Baptist Church, host of a Christian radio show and author of "Final Warning: Understanding the Trumpet Days of Revelation," agrees that time is growing short, WND reported.

The Nationalization of All Food Grown in America: Jade Helm and FEMA Camps Are Pointing the Way to “practicing to put several communities under martial law"

President Obama Has Nationalized All American Food and Food Production:

Through Executive Order 13603, Obama has granted himself the authority control all food and now has the unique ability to starve America into submission as it relates to his handing the country off to the bankers in the name of perpetuating the New World Order and ridding the planet of the weak and those who will not willingly go along with the intentional destruction of America. Here are some of the key provisions of EO 13603 and its impact on the control of the American food supply.

With the stroke of his pen, Obama has total and absolute control over all food where his EO 13603 states:

1. e)  “Food resources” means all commodities and products, (simple, mixed, or compound), or complements to such commodities or products, that are capable of being ingested by either human beings or animals, irrespective of other uses to which such commodities or products may be put, at all stages of processing from the raw commodity to the products thereof in vendible form for human or animal consumption.  “Food resources” also means potable water packaged in commercially marketable containers, all starches, sugars, vegetable and animal or marine fats and oils, seed, cotton, hemp, and flax fiber, but does not mean any such material after it loses its identity as an agricultural commodity or agricultural product.

(f)  “Food resource facilities” means plants, machinery, vehicles (including on farm), and other facilities required for the production, processing, distribution, and storage (including cold storage) of food resources, and for the domestic distribution of farm equipment and fertilizer…”

This unconstitutional EO is particularly disturbing in that it clearly states that the government has control over anything that is “capable of being ingested by either human beings or animals…”  If you thought that you and Fido were going to get through the coming food crisis by storing and consuming dog food, think again.

It is important to assess how devastating this Executive Order could prove to be to the American people though a brief assessment of America’s food vulnerability.

Almost beyond belief, a full 79 percent of the people that use food banks purchase typically buy cheap, unhealthy food and still just have enough to feed their children.  The price of food continues to quickly out-pace the paychecks of most middle class families.  For example, the average price of ground beef has just hit a brand new all-time record high of $3.88 per pound! There are nearly 50 million Americans that are dealing with food insecurity in various degrees of distress. Just over one out of seven Americans rely on obtaining food from various banks at one point or another and these food banks are beginning to experience record shortages.

In a case of “defend the nation and starve”, military families are feeling even more stress  from not being able to obtain sufficient quantities of food as 25% of America military families require outside assistance in getting enough to eat. What does this say about an administration which uses our soldiers to defend the nation and then kicks them to the curb by denying their VA  health benefits as the government also starves their families because they cannot survive on what we pay our soldiers? This is disgraceful, but it is the Obama fundamental transformation of American way!

 America Has No Way to Keep Up with Food Inflation In calculating the overall inflation rate, the government does not count the price of food. However, there are several reliable food inflation figures and the food inflation rate is estimated to be between 19% to 22%.

In the article, “Food Price Inflation Scares the Fed” the commodity food costs were exploding on the upside. Calculation of the food inflation rate, given the lag in commodity costs impacting prices on grocery store shelves, we find that the annual U.S. food inflation rate is now running at a staggering +22% and the rate is increasing with no end in sight to the escalation.

The real and specific cause for food inflation is the low-end $940 billion of additional monetary stimulus from the United States Federal Reserve’s quantitative (bail out) easing over the last 18 months. No economy can sustain the value of its money, when currency floods the market like it has during the present administration. The net effect is that the value of your money has been seriously eroded thanks to such misguided practices as the bail-outs.

According to the New York Times, the typical American family is now worth 36% less than it was worth only 10 years ago!

Shockingly, one out of every six men, ranging in ages from 25 to 54, are not employed. Median family income in the United States is 7% lower than it was in 2000. The United States is now in 19th place in the world and falling. There is no way that the majority of American families can keep pace with food inflation as the wages of Americans are now inversely correlated with the rising food prices. This is a prescription for disaster. The most vulnerable to starvation within the present economic climate are the children as an amazing twenty six percent of all children are living below the poverty level. And we certainly cannot ignore the fact that 50 million Americans are on some form of Federal Food Stamps. With these kind of distressing statistics, a significant number of Americans are vulnerable to politically motivated “food blackmail” in these  times of economic distress.

Just how many Americans are vulnerable to “blackmail by starvation”? Nobody can be totally accurate in this estimation, however, the numbers listed in the above paragraphs provide a good starting point from which to estimate the risk. Given the numbers listed above (i.e. number of people on food stamps, food inflation coupled with the dismal condition of the economy), it is a conservative estimate to state that between 150-175 million Americans would be at risk for starvation, in less than one week, if food were not publicly available for any reason. By the way, FEMA states that the average American family only has 3 days of food on hand.

The Feds Have Been Preparing for the Coming Food Shortages Since 2008:

As far back as 2008, I can find evidence that the government was attempting to stockpile as much survival food as possible. These events prompted prominent brokers and key media members to advise the public to begin storing food as long as six years ago in anticipation of what is about ready to happen.

In 2011, FEMA issued a “Request for information” (RFI), in which they inquired about the availability for 140 million emergency meal kits with a shelf life of 36 months along with blankets.""

Midland Walmart FEMA Camp Detention Center Transformation Amidst Jade Helm 15 Exercises

""A few weeks ago, I was professionally and personally attacked by a would-be-journalist from Big Spring, Texas. In her scathing article, the world was told that there is nothing to Jade Helm and there is nothing unusual going on at the Midland, TX. Walmart. The thrust of the allegations was based on the fact that I dared to use an unnamed source to substantiate my claims that the Midland Walmart was more than likely going to be used as a detention center. The fact is, that I did have outside verification of the some of the claims made by my insider, and unnamed source who called himself “Watcher”. Almost two months later, more evidence has surfaced to support the claims first made on June 2, 2015 that the Walmart in Midland is up to no good and every American should be calling attention to these kinds of activities because this Walmart poses a clear and present danger to many Americans. They certainly are not fixing plumbing issues, but clearly someone is completely full of crap.

Fortunately, for the American people, the public does not have to rely on the unverified word of who I believe to be a disinformation agent, from Big Spring, Texas, whose work is clearly designed to lead freedom-loving Americans away from the truth. Fortunately, and in the interest of the unaltered truth, I have proven source who is also from Big Spring, TX. Marlon Brock has been at the forefront of bring forth the truth of what is really going on at the Midland, TX. Walmart. Marlon has been at work at again disproving the lies that this Walmart is merely closed for plumbing reasons only.

Brief Background Related to the Midland Walmart

As stated, on June 2, 2015, with regard to the goings on at the Midland Walmart, I published the text of 3 communications sent to be by a man who called himself “Watcher” (to view the entire text of “Watcher’s” communications, click here). Watcher claimed to work for a private contractor who has previously done highly secure projects for DHS, DOD, etc.

To summarize Watcher’s anonymous claims, he stated the following:

1. The ventilation system at the Walmart was being replaced by a different system. The photographic evidence, offered below, clearly supports Watcher’s claim of changing out the ventilation system.

2. He claimed that guard towers were being constructed in each of the corners of the store. The photographic evidence provided by Marlon Brock is inconclusive on this point. However, one of photos show poles on the inside of the store extending upward, but we cannot see up to the roof.

3. Watcher stated that “All the display counters and shelves from this Walmart have been taken out of the store. The story that they are saying about plumbing is BS”. Several of the Brock photos support this claim beyond a shadow of a doubt (see photos of trucks hauling out the shelving from the Midland Walmart).

4. Watcher further stated that “…inside the building, I have seen men with DHS badges which we are used to seeing in the jobs that we do. This time we are also seeing men with United Nations badges and they wear the shirt and tie and like the DHS guys they have their construction helmets on as they appear to be planning as much implementing. The place is guarded by private contractor armed with automatic weapons. I have not seen one military person on the inside in uniform.  It is all DHS, UN and us in this building. The organization affiliation of anyone inside the store cannot be confirmed from the Brock photos except for the private security company photos taken by Brock. The security firm was described in the June 2nd article as being very mysterious.

5. Watcher claimed that “the shelves and display cases that were taken out have been replaced. in the middle two thirds of the store.” The newest of the Brock photos do not support this claim of new shelves being placed in the middle two-thirds of the store. And there could be a number of explanations. The new shelving could have been temporary and served to stockpile needed supplies. What is supported is the fact that the entire shelving of the store had been removed. Is this how one fixes a plumbing problem?

6. Watcher stated that “They also have an area in the Northeast part of the store that has black curtains going from the ceiling to the floor and we cannot see what is going on there. You can hear drills and other construction work noises but I have no idea what they are doing. The workers in this side of the store do not speak with anyone else. in fact we do not even see them. They even have their own portable restrooms to keep them from talking to the rest of us. It is definitely something that do not want us to see”. Brock’s photographic evidence clearly supports all of these claims, particularly when the photos are enlarged.

I would guess that in the Midland, Texas Walmart that they solve their plumbing problems by hauling all of the shelves from store off the property. Strange way to fix plumbing isn’t it?

There is no shelving left in the store. In this photo, please take note of the black curtains spoken of by anonymous informer “Watcher”. See the excerpt on this below. This photo was taken by Marlon Brock and sent to me two days ago (July 27, 2015).  PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE BLACK CURTAINS AT THE BACK OF THE STORE. THEY ARE EXACTLY WHAT WATCHER DESCRIBED TO ME IN AN EARLY JUNE EMAIL!!! I would suggest blowing up the picture, as I did, the detail is stunning and we can also clearly the change in the air filtration system in  a blown up version of the photo.

7.  Watcher claimed that TSA type security devices were installed in the rear of the store. Unfortunately, the Brock photos do not confirm or deny this claim as there are too many objects in the way which block a clear view of the rear entrance to the store and the photo is not panoramic in nature. However, there is a sign in the front of the store that directs everyone to the rear of the store and this suggests that Watcher may be correct since “visitors are funneled to one entrance (see below).

Why would all “visitors” be directed to an entrance in the rear of the store when the front entrance is open and completely accessible? This photo was sent to me on July 25, 2015.

8. There is more evidence to support the claim that the ventilation system was being changed as Watcher stated “Today, some the crew started tearing out some of the ventilation system in what must be a change in how they are going to pump air or something else into the store. Some of this work required working on the roof were it felt like 150 degrees. This building was completely retrofitted. and they are not done. This is not a WMart any longer. I think it is a prison of sorts”.

Since when do you fix plumbing from the roof? This June 2nd photo completely confirms what Watcher said in his email to me.

In his last communication, Watcher wrote the following: “This just does not feel right.  I have a very bad feeling.  Back at where we are staying, one guy asked me what I thought. We are required to keep our mouth shut. This guy has only been on one job before this, so I cannot trust him.  But he said he a very bad feeling like we were building a prison and maybe its time that he gets a regular job.

This will be the last time I write to you.  I go home tomorrow.  I hope you get this out there soon. People need to know the weird things that we have seen. I have done a lot of jobs that are secretive but nothing like this. I almost forgot to mention that when we were coming in this morning in the next tunnel over there were the sounds of heavy construction.  Mr Hodges you need to ask your readers why they never see anyone coming in and out of the front door of this Walmart yet I saw from the roof that they have the private contractor security out in the parking lot.

UN Trucks Flood Jade Helm Zones in Apparent Mass Casualty Exercises

My husband and I were traveling from Louisiana to Dallas, TX.  Saturday. on Interstate 20 westbound.  We passed a convoy of military vehicles on the Interstate headed towards Dallas.  Also,  in an area in which traffic had come to almost a complete stop because of road construction, over to the south of I-20, my husband and I spotted 3 white helicopters hovering in a triangular formation over an open field for over 10 minutes.  Traffic was barely moving for a long time and the helicopters never moved, just hovered.  Also,  someone on Facebook traveling on I-20 in Louisiana today posted a video of UN ambulances being transported in which the UN logo had been taped over on all the vehicles but, on one door the covering had blown loose and you could clearly see the UN logo.  I am praying for the people of Texas and Louisiana to wake up to what is going on especially with these false flag events like prisoner escapee and house to house searches in Texas to gather data about what is in the homes more than likely.  Texas is under attack and now, ironically, the tropical storm system in the Gulf which was originally predicted to head our way in Louisiana at the gulf, has turned and is now going straight through the heart of Texas where they have already had major flooding going on.  Please pray for our nation!!

Exposed! UN Medical Trucks Caught Trying to Hide Logo from Public View

Along the lines of the Ronelle Ford email, we see the following video footage that was taken in Northern Louisiana on June 10, 2015. Please take note how there was an attempt to hide the UN logos on the UN medical trucks. The logos were covered with brown paper, but the front cover has peeled off and the UN logo is available for all to see. The fact that this is a domestic video is very ominous. Ask yourself, why are UN medical vehicles being spotted within the United States?  What kind of mass casualty event are they expecting and why is our government transfering their sovereign authority over to the Uninted Nations in this type of scenario? This combination of these variables opens a whole can of worms which contains very frightening implications.

UN Helicopters Over Washington State

The sightings of UN vehicles in Louisiana and Texas are not isolated events. Here we see what is most likely UN helicopters over Washington State. This is a frightening development because the UN is beginning to operate openly on American soil.

Preparing for Mass Casualties

The UN’s International Migration and Development would be in charge of large scale population movements which would be related to a mass casualty event such as a pandemic. Previously, I have written extensively on who and what would be in charge of the mass migration of the American people and of course, the UN is in charge and the entire operation is under control of the globalist, Peter Sutherland, who masterminded the Gulf Oil Explosion event in 2010. Sutherland is the director of the UN’s International Migration and Development program.

In the event of a pandemic, the Secretary of Human Health Services (HHS) will assume operational control of Federal emergency public health and medical response. However, that authority gives way to the UN’s World Health Organization and the UN International Migration and Development.

In the event of a pandemic outbreak, the HHS will order the quarantining of any pandemic sufferers and the transport of the same to detainment camps, ostensibly to protect the public. The mass transport of pandemic victims to quarantine camps is referred to as “ambulance services”, and it is a euphemism for transporting sick people to a death camp.

“Ambulance” Contracts

I have found evidence supporting these claims in a federal document entitled  Emergency Support Function #8 (ESF #8) – Public Health and Medical Services Annex.

Federal Emergency Management Agency

Medical Services include responding to medical needs associated with mental health, ….. assistance are executed by ESF #8 in coordination with DHS/FEMA. … primarily for communications, aircraft, and the establishment of base camps.

ESF #8 established the national ambulance contract, which is designed to provide support for evacuating seriously ill or injured patients.

HHS will enlist the VA and Department of Defense assets (e.g. the military) in support of providing “transportation assets, operating and staffing NDMS Federal Coordination Centers, and processing and tracking patient movements from collection points to their final destination reception facilities” (emphasis added).

As I discovered, the final points of destination tied to the ambulance contracts, are devoid of any medical personnel. But there is no shortage of transport vehicles which will be carrying massive amount of dead bodies, presumably from a chemical and/or biological attack.

DAHBOO 777 was sent the following vehicle from a Colorado resident which involved a convoy of Blue Bell (refrigerated) ice cream trucks. The implications are very obvious.

No Healthcare Personnel at the FEMA “Medical” Detention Camps

In the above list of pandemic detainment centers, I don’t see the CDC or the National Institute of Health listed. Nor do I see any legitimate medical organizations. I don’t even see the presence of any “volunteer” medical organizations such as Doctors Without Borders. Does anyone else find it disturbing that the transport of very sick people will be conducted and the end point is devoid of any medical treatment organizations and/or facilities?

These camps are death camps. There is not one shred of evidence that these camps are intended to treat or even make comfortable people who will contract any type of pathogen or be exposed to something like Ebola. The most disturbing thing is that these camps will be death camps for relatively healthy people. Before one can “legally” transport a person, who would be potentially exposed to a pathogen,  to “death camps” and await the inevitable, the public must be reassured that the rule of law is being followed.

When something like Ebola strikes, the changes in the handling of Ebola patients have already been planned for through a series of legal actions, most of them are Executive Orders. For example, the Executive Order, entitled Revised List of Quarantinable Communicable Diseases, amends Executive Order 13295, passed by George W. Bush in April 2003, which allows for the, “apprehension, detention, or conditional release of individuals”, and Ebola is specifically mentioned. Obama’s executive order, entitled, Revised List of Quarantinable Communicable Diseases, amends Bush’s Executive Order 13295, which allows for the, “apprehension, detention, or conditional release of individuals  to prevent the introduction, transmission, or spread of suspected communicable diseases.” In short, anyone with the sniffles or traces of asthma can be rounded up and detained in this scenario.""
