Bilderberg Game Plan of Artificial Intelligence: A Tool to Massively Amplify Control of the World

""What do we know about Bilderberg’s techno-control master plan since the wrap up of its June 11-14 conference?

As usual, not much from the inside; but we know quite a bit by tracing the work of its attendees and insider members, as well as the progression of the conference itself over the past decades, as invitees have increasingly tended towards the high-tech.

Robotics and technology are huge steps ahead.

Artificial intelligence is one giant leap further.

Meanwhile, Bilderberg’s steering committee has invited more and more entrepreneurs from Silicon Valley as well as tech heads leading changes on the Internet, in cybersecurity and the vast changes happening in technology.

As such, Google’s chairman Eric Schmidt has become a visible center of the 21st Century Bilderberg meetings, giving further gravity to chic geeks brushing shoulders with the power brokers of the post-WWII era, who have long dominated banking, industry, military and political interests.

Palantir’s Alex Karp – a notable technology attendee from recent years – has now been added to the steering committee this year in 2015, joining the insider tech-axis with friend and sometimes partner Peter Thiel, the so-called “PalPal Mafia” Don and Facebook’s key early funding angel.

The new power bloc is still based around banking and other traditional spheres, of course, but they are now partners with computing. Microsoft’s Craig Mundie has been a key attendee for some time now, while Bill Gates has occasionally dropped by. Former NSA director Keith Alexander appeared consecutively for many years since 2008, paralleling the importance of mass surveillance and the advent of “cyber warfare.”

Coincidentally (or not), former NSA contractor Edward Snowden’s pivotal leaks on surveillance – first disclosed on June 5, 2013 – overlapped the June 6-9 Bilderberg conference,  where attendees discussed “How big data is changing almost everything” as well as “Cyber warfare and the proliferation of asymmetric threats,” while 2014 brought the inauspicious topic “Does privacy exist” to Bilderberg’s forum – a sour after thought to a year of unsettling Snowden leaks.

All of that has subtly reaffirmed the lowly and disregarded status of the masses, and reinforced the fact that personal freedom is valued at less-than-zero and everyone and everything is being watched.

2015… has added the Artificial Intelligence icing on that cake.

Now… after all that and more… Bilderberg officially brings artificial intelligence to the table. (Of course, these elites have backed the rise of technology and computing since the beginning when major firms like IBM, Microsoft, Intel and Apple were started decades ago, but I digress).

In 2015, Bilderberg dropped the suggestive names and went right for the topics bullet-point list, bringing “artificial intelligence” and “cybersecurity” to the top of that list.

And two of its attendees stand out in bold for their role in bringing this forward:

Regina Dugan, Vice President for Engineering, Advanced Technology and Projects, Google

Demis Hassabis, Vice President of Engineering, Google DeepMind

This should register as Bilderberg’s most disturbing connection to covert politics yet.

Not that it should surprise everyone that they went there, but the rise of robots is actually upon us.

Amazon (whose founder and CEO Jeff Bezos attended Bilderberg in 2011 and 2013) is rapidly replacing its labor force with warehouse robots, and looking to use drones for delivery in the near future… while it has long relied upon complex algorithms to stunt competition and beat everyone including Wal-mart to the punch.

The world’s manufacturers in China have already made incredible strides in raising a robotic workforce that is only growing stronger every day… and the jobs become more and more endangered with each passing phase.

Silicon Valley is even unleashing an R2D2-like robocop that would do automated crime patrols…

Google Launches the ‘Manhattan Project of AI’

Google – intimately represented at Bilderberg by the gregarious Eric Schmidt – is putting the finishing touches on the self-driving car and getting clearance to put these autonomous vehicles on the road. Once that is past the honeymoon phase, it is sure to slash deeply into the trucker workforce, long a mainstay of the middle class, and erode personal rights to driving as well.

Meanwhile, Google has also conducted the biggest purchase of all time in artificial intelligence. Under the leadership of Schmidt, the notorious futurist Ray Kurzweil –longing for the age of singularity, spiritual machines and the chance for a few to maybe live forever – was hired in December 2012 to head Google’s attempt to “work on new projects involving machine learning and language processing” for Google – in other words, artificial intelligence, a life long passion for Kurzweil.

Since that time, Google bought up nearly every important A.I. firm in its reach — giving it probably more leverage over the pivotal transition to machine intelligence than the U.S. military or government.

At the top of that list is Boston Dynamics, the robotics firm closely linked with DARPA, the Defense Department, and MIT, who have created killer robots that can run at top speeds, climb walls, take down prey and carry payloads. (Regina Dugan, also attending Bilderberg this year, was a top executive at DARPA before joining Google.)

Regina Dugan – described as a “badass” – was the 19th director of the Pentagon’s DARPA (which stands for Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) and has its roots in the ARPA-creation of the Internet. Dugan left DARPA in 2012 to go even further at Google with their Advanced Technology and Projects (ATAP).

As she told the world at a D11 conference, her work involves bringing biometrics and edible encrypted passwords to consumer markets, in part by making the technology “trendy” and desirable through wearables and even temporary authentication tattoos (because, as she explains, what kid wouldn’t want to piss off their parents with a tattoo?).

Dugan has done a great deal to the bring the world to our present trajectory and possible, unfortunate destination.

Then there is DeepMind – perhaps Google’s least known but most promising purchase – which uses developments in the understanding of neuroscience to power algorithms for machine learning… the key hurdle to true artificial intelligence… and the great, perhaps awful beyond.

Carnegie Mellon professor Larry Wasserman wrote that the “startup is trying to build a system that thinks. This was the original dream of AI. As Shane [Legg] explained to me, there has been huge progress in both neuroscience and ML and their goal is to bring these things together. I thought it sounded crazy until he told me the list of famous billionaires who have invested in the company.” (source)

Whatever DeepMind co-founder discussed behind closed doors at Bilderberg, it is not of just passing importance. Rather, it is the tip of the iceberg of the most massive transformation 0f human society yet.

DeepMind’s systems use neural networks and “deep learning” methods that deploy low-level transistor networks to produce high-level effects so that they can, for instance, distinguish a cat’s face from a human one – a trivial task for a human, but hard for a machine. That has been developed into “artificial general intelligence” (AGI) that can learn to solve tasks without prior programming, and have already been used to replace 60 hand-crafted systems across Google. The AGI system’s deployment into speech recognition, now used in Android phones and Google Translate, had led to the biggest overall improvement in speech recognition in 20 years, Suleyman said, with a 30% reduction in transcription error rates. Yet training the program for the task took less than five days.

Mustafa Suleyman, who with Demis Hassabis and Shane Legg set up the London-based machine learning company that was bought by Google in January 2014 for £400m, mounted a spirited defence of the company’s successes. He told a conference on machine learning that “artificial intelligence, AI, has arrived. This isn’t just some brief summer for this technology, and it’s not about to go away again. These are production breakthroughs.” (source)

The London Guardian quoted a DeepMind investor who said that Google has embarked upon a “Manhattan project of AI” – massive, secretive and with grand implications enough to hold humanity itself in the balance:

Google has bought almost every machine-learning and robotics company it can find, or at least, rates. It made headlines two months ago, when it bought Boston Dynamics, the firm that produces spectacular, terrifyingly life-like military robots, for an “undisclosed” but undoubtedly massive sum. It spent $3.2bn (£1.9bn) on smart thermostat maker Nest Labs. And this month, it bought the secretive and cutting-edge British artificial intelligence startup DeepMind for £242m.

And those are just the big deals. It also bought Bot & Dolly, Meka Robotics, Holomni, Redwood Robotics and Schaft, and another AI startup, DNNresearch. It hired Geoff Hinton, a British computer scientist who’s probably the world’s leading expert on neural networks. And it has embarked upon what one DeepMind investor told the technology publication Re/code two weeks ago was “a Manhattan project of AI”. If artificial intelligence was really possible, and if anybody could do it, he said, “this will be the team”. The future, in ways we can’t even begin to imagine, will be Google’s.

“Artificial Intelligence is a tool to massively amplify our ability to control the world.”

That’s a statement, couched with positive outloook, from Mustafa Suleyman a co-founder of DeepMind, the AI firm now acquired by Google and represented this year at Bilderberg by co-founder Demis Hassabis, the Vice President of Engineering at DeepMind.

Suleyman says fears that artificial intelligence will wipe out human beings are completely overblown, however, emphasizing instead that DeepMind is set on improving humanity’s lot, and that it insisted upon an ethics board to keep it in check as part of Google’s buyout package.

Suleyman insisted that AI is, and will remain, a tool that humans can control and direct, rather than a threat. (source)

Yeah, like we didn’t hear that one from Cyberdyne ahead of the apocalyptic rise of Skynet in the Terminator films!

Paradoxically, Suleyman also stated:

“But everything we have built is a product of intelligent human activity. AGI is a tool to massively amplify our ability to control the world.”

For whatever reason, Suleyman doesn’t see the negative side of all this… but everyone else easily can.

Speaking to a conference on machine intelligence in London on Friday, Suleyman said that he was dismayed by the negative attitudes being shown towards AI. “It’s sad how quickly we’ve adopted to the reality and don’t acknowledge the magic and the good that these systems can bring. The narrative has gone straight from ‘isn’t it terrible that AI has been such a flop’ to ‘isn’t it terrible that AI has been such a success’.”

Why did Bilderberg bring DeepMind to the table? The reasons are many fold, but easily summed up in that statement: “artificial intelligence is a tool to massively amplify our ability to control the world.""

The Push for Massive 6 Billion Depopulation: 'Planetary Court' Under New 'Earth Constitution' and 'World Government'

""The depopulationists are on the move again, pushing hard for the elimination of six billion people on planet Earth in order to bring the planet down to what's being touted as its "sustainable carrying capacity of one billion people."

But this time, the depopulation agenda may be codified by the Vatican. Professor John Schellnhuber has been chosen as a speaker for the Vatican's rolling out of a Papal document on climate change. He's the professor who previously said the planet is overpopulated by at least six billion people. Now, the Vatican is giving him a platform which many expect will result in an official Church declaration in support of radical depopulation in the name of "climate science."

"The teaching document, called an encyclical, is scheduled for release on June 18 at Vatican City," reports Breitbart.com. "Perhaps with the exception of the 1968 encyclical on contraception, no Vatican document has been greeted with such anticipation."

A new Planetary Court to hold power over all nations... one ring to rule them all

Schellnhuber daydreams about a "Planetary Court" guided by a new "Earth Constitution" which would hold power over every nation and government on the planet. As he explains himself in this document on HumansAndNature.org, he's a proponent of an all-powerful, climate-focused world government that would rule over the planet... a literal "science dictatorship" based on whatever "science" the climate change proponents can fudge together each year.

As Schellnhuber says:

Let me conclude this short contribution with a daydream about those key institutions that could bring about a sophisticated -- and therefore more appropriate -- version of the conventional "world government" notion. Global democracy might be organized around three core activities, namely (i) an Earth Constitution; (ii) a Global Council; and (iii) a Planetary Court. I cannot discuss these institutions in any detail here, but I would like to indicate at least that:

- the Earth Constitution would transcend the UN Charter and identify those first principles guiding humanity in its quest for freedom, dignity, security and sustainability;

- the Global Council would be an assembly of individuals elected directly by all people on Earth, where eligibility should be not constrained by geographical, religious, or cultural quotas; and

- the Planetary Court would be a transnational legal body open to appeals from everybody, especially with respect to violations of the Earth Constitution.

Schellnhunber, in other words, believes a new world government can create "freedom" for humanity by dictating to it with a new Planetary Court guided by an Earth Constitution which will no doubt begin by declaring the planet can only sustain one billion people. The other six billion or so simply have to go. So instead of a Bill of Rights, this new Earth Constitution will be founded on a Bill of Deaths and a global government that might order the extermination of billions of human beings in order to "save the climate."

"In an unprecedented encyclical on the subject of the environment, the pontiff is expected to argue that humanity’s exploitation of the planet’s resources has crossed the Earth’s natural boundaries," reports The Guardian. "...[T]he world faces ruin without a revolution in hearts and minds."

The Guardian goes on to report:

The pope is "aiming at a change of heart. What will save us is not technology or science. What will save us is the ethical transformation of our society," said Carmelite Father Eduardo Agosta Scarel, a climate scientist who teaches at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina in Buenos Aires.

California Governor worried that too many people exist

Interestingly, California Governor Jerry Brown might welcome such a depopulation agenda organized under a new world government. He recently tweeted about California having too many people, saying, "At some point, how many people can we accommodate?" Gov. Brown goes on to say that climate change is the reason the current drought is so much more worse than anything they've seen in the past.

Apparently, California has too many people, Gov. Brown says, and that means California needs to be deliberately depopulated.

With this, the Vatican and Jerry Brown join the efforts of other depopulation advocates like Bill Gates, who once said that vaccines can help reduce the world population by 10 to 15 percent.

True to that claim, vaccines given to young women have now been discovered to be intentionally laced with sterilization chemicals, according to the Kenya Catholic Doctors Association, a pro-vaccine organization funded in part by UNICEF.

Similarly, a shocking 75% of children given vaccines in a small town in Mexico ended up hospitalized or dead after a recent round of vaccine shots that many have speculated might be part of a depopulation test run.

Fast depopulation vs slow depopulation

Since YOU are one of the targets of global depopulation, you may want to increase your awareness of how it might be accomplished. When it comes to depopulation, there are two approaches considered by the globalists:

SLOW DEPOPULATION: This method focuses on covert sterilization via vaccines, free birth control pills, and "social services" education efforts that try to convince women to have fewer children. The idea is to slowly let the current population of 7 billion die off while the birth rate plummets, causing the total population to shrink over time. You might call this the "non-violent" way to gradually reduce the population over time. Nobody has to prematurely die for this to be pulled off, in other words.

FAST DEPOPULATION: This method involves fast-kill strategies to essentially murder billions of people while blaming it on something else. The most likely candidates include the release of an aerosolized bioweapon (Ebola 2.0?), the insertion of aggressive cancer viruses in vaccines (see the confession of former Merck vaccine scientist Maurice Hilleman for background), global nuclear war, the intentional release of EMP weapons that destroy the power grid, and so on. These are obviously the more nefarious, dastardly depopulation pursuits, and they would obviously consist of global murder on a massive scale.

"Slow depopulation" methods have been tried since the 1970's. They haven't worked. As world population continues to rise, the global power brokers now seem to be experimenting with "fast depopulation" approaches to achieve their goal of eliminating six billion people from the planet.

Deliberate depopulation vs. unintentional depopulation

Another dimension in this discussion emerges in the distinction between "deliberate" and "unintentional" depopulation.

Deliberate depopulation is, of course, the pursuit of actions and policies which are intended to directly and quantifiably reduce the number of humans living on the planet.

Unintentional depopulation is what happens when catastrophe strikes and the systems keeping modern civilization humming along suddenly collapse: a power grid failure, for example, or a runaway genetic pollution of crops that leads to global starvation. The climate change scientists insist that the release of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere will somehow cause the catastrophic collapse of society, leading to the deaths of millions or billions of people. 

Accordingly, the globalists see themselves as being compassionate for humanity by invoking deliberate depopulation, thereby preventing catastrophic, unintentional depopulation (i.e. a global die-off following the catastrophic collapse of the global ecosystem). That's how they justify covert vaccine sterilization programs, for example, or talk of eliminating six billion people on the planet. In other words, when they are murdering you and six billion of your brothers and sisters, just remember that in their own minds, they LOVE life and are protecting the ecosystem!

But how, exactly, do you go about eliminating six billion people if you're a globalist pushing for mass murder in the name of climate science?

How do they kill six billion people? Twelve monkeys!

Killing one person is called murder. Killing six billion people is called "climate science." But how do you pull it off, exactly?

It's easier than you might think. As depicted in the movie Twelve Monkeys, all it takes is the release of a weaponized, genetically engineered virus in any major airport, anywhere in the world. (I'm not saying this is true because it was in a movie. That would be absurd. Rather, in this case, the movie correctly depicts the reality of how easily a bioweapon could be spread by someone with the intent to destroy human civilization as we know it.)

From there, the virus replicates and spreads globally, causing widespread death and depopulation while simultaneously empowering world governments to control their populations with medical police state powers such as forced quarantines, restrictions on travel, forced immunizations, medical checkpoints on highways and so on. (It's sort of the perfect police state model if you think about it, and it gives governments the justification to insert medical tracking RFID chips into everybody's bodies at gunpoint. C'mon you control freaks, you know how excited you get when you think about microchipping the population! It's FUN!)

The U.S. military already possesses biological weapons which could kill one billion or more

It's an undebatable fact that the U.S. military has long engineered and tested such viral bioweapons to potentially use as weapons of war. (I previously wrote about the airborne Ebola that ran wild through a U.S. Army medical research facility in 1990, killing an entire building full of monkeys before they "nuked" the building with sterilization chemicals.)

While international treaties claim such research has been abandoned, only a fool believes such hollow promises are ever kept. In reality, the research is merely shifted into covert status, continuing as normal on "black budgets." Today, the United States government possesses viral strains which could decimate humanity in less than a year's time... and they could be "accidentally-purposely" released anywhere on the planet without notice.

Of course, if you were going to release a deadly virus to decimate humanity (the word "decimate" means to kill 1 in every 10, by the way, it does not mean to "eradicate"), you would first make sure all your elite globalist buddies received vaccine shots against the virus. Naturally, those vaccine shots would be manufactured without any of the mercury, aluminum, formaldehyde and MSG found in vaccines given to the general public, thereby making them significantly safer. The CDC, of course, would stay completely silent on this pandemic, just as they've maintained absolute silence on the confession of their scientist Dr. William Thompson, who publicly admitted to taking part in scientific fraud at the CDC to hide the links between vaccines and autism in African-Americans.

The public would be left to fend for itself. And in this scenario, guess who would be most likely to survive? People who use medicinal herbs and immune-boosting superfoods. Those who are wiped out by the weaponized population control virus would largely consist of the elderly, the immunosuppressed, and the malnourished.

That might be precisely who the new "Planetary Court" world government wants to eliminate in the first place, sparing the able-bodies workers who pay confiscatory taxes to governments and produce economic output that can be exploited by the globalist corporations.

Vast World of Secret Underground Military Bases

""The U.S. Government alone classifies over 500 million pages of documents each year. As far as transparency goes, there is none. 

How can we know anything about what is happening on our planet if so much information is hidden from the public domain? 

By now, the classified world has moved far beyond the reach of the public, and far beyond in its power and capabilities with regards to technology, scientific and cosmological knowledge and more. 

“According to our best estimates, more than half of all U.S. government records are classified. For an archivist seeking to preserve and understand our history, that means most of our history is kept secret from us, think about that for a moment ” – Richard Dolan (4)

The United States has a history of government agencies existing in secret. The National Security Agency (NSA) was founded in 1952, its existence was hidden until the mid 1960’s. Even more secretive is the National Reconnaissance Office, which was founded in 1960 but remained completely concealed for 30 years.

Recent leaks from Edward Snowden, a former intelligence contractor, have shed light on the black budget world. This is a world full of Special Access Programs (SAP) that garnishes trillions of dollars every year to conduct operations the general public knows nothing about(2). These programs do not exist publicly, but they do indeed exist. They are better known as ‘deep black programs.’ 

A 1997 US Senate report described them as “so sensitive that they are exempt from standard reporting requirements to the Congress (3), (1)”. One aspect of these ‘deep black programs’ is the development of deep underground military bases, and they can go up to several miles underneath the surface.

There are also known underground facilities in existence. Take for example, the Swedish underground military facility at  Musko. It’s a large naval base built underneath a mountain. The hospital alone within this facility holds over 1,000 beds. Musko engineers blasted out 1,500, 000 cubic meters of stone in order to build it (4), (5).

“The military utility for underground construction is obvious. I recall years ago studying the matter in the context of American Cold War military strategy. during the 1950’s, motivated by a fear of Soviet missiles striking American installations and cities, military planners recognized the value of secure facilities deep underground.” (1) – Richard Dolan

In 1987 Deputy Director of Engineering and Construction for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Lloyd A. Duscha, gave a speech at an engineering conference entitled “Underground Facilities for Defense – Experience and Lessons.” In the first paragraph of his speech he states the following:

“After World War II, political and economic factors changed the underground construction picture and caused a renewed interest to “think underground.” As a result of this interest, the Corps of Engineers became involved in the design and construction of some very complex and interesting military projects. Although the conference program indicates the topic to be “Underground Facilities for Defense – Experience and Lessons,” I must deviate a little because several of the most interesting facilities that have been designed and constructed by the Corps are classified. (4), (6)

He then went into a discussion of the Corps’ involvement in the 1960’s in the construction of the large and elaborate NORAD base buried deep beneath Cheyenne Mountain, in Colorado. This is just a public statement, but you will not find a more significant public admission of secret, underground bases than this one. 

People speaking is not the only evidence available, there are actual documents obtained by researchers through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) that shed more light on the subject, and clearly outline plans for the contraction of underground facilities(4).

There are documents available which expose a deep underground command center that was to be built far below area’s such as Washington, D.C. and China Lake, California during the Cold War. Documents  available show that in 1964 the military was considering building a huge underground cavity 4,000 feet deep beneath China Lake (4).

It’s well known that the United States and the Soviet Union created a vast infrastructure to support a complex of offensive and defensive weapons during the Cold War. This infrastructure included sites and facilities for developing, testing, storing and manufacturing weapons. There was also a host of communication and command centers. (7)

The worlds most prominent researcher on Underground Military Facilities (in my opinion) Richard Sauder, Ph.D, told of an interesting story in his book Hidden In Plain Site (4) that I’d like to share with you.

“As it happens, after giving a public talk a couple of years ago, I was approached by a man who had been a uniformed member of the United States Navy. We chatted for a while and when he mentioned that he had spent some time at China Lake my ears perked up. I asked him if there was an underground facility at China Lake. 

“He said that indeed there is, and that it is impressively large and deep. I asked him if he had ever been in it, and he said that he had, though not to the deepest levels. I asked him how deep the deepest part extended. He looked at me soberly and said very quietly, “It goes one mile deep.” I then asked him what the underground base contains. He replied, “Weapons.” I responded, “What sort of weaponry?” And he answered without pausing, “Weapons more powerful than nuclear weapons.” (4)

Deep Underground Command Center (DUCC)

The very first TOP SECRET memo on the subject was issued by Robert McNamara, on November 7th 1963 from the office of the Secretary of Defense. This took place right before the Kennedy murder. (4)

“There is a very grave danger that an announced need for increased secrecy will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of official censorship and concealment. That I do not intend to permit, to the extent that it is in my control. 

“We are opposed around the world by a system which has ocnscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations. Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed.” (7)

In this memo McNamara discusses the topic of the National Underground Command Center. The memo was addressed to McGeorge Bundy, Kermit Gordon and Dr. Jerome Wiesner. Bundy was the special assistant for National Security Affairs of President Kennedy. 

Gordon was the Director of the Bureau of the Budget and Wiesner was Kennedy’s science adviser. McNamara stated that they would meet sometime during the end of November, unfortunately Kennedy was dead by then.

A Second memo was issued on the same day concerning a proposed Deep Underground National Command Center that would be approximately 3,500 feet underground Washington. (4)

The memo also mentioned elevator shafts below the State Department and White House that would descend to 3,500 feet with high speed, horizontal tunnel transport to the main facility. 

Remember we are talking about the 1960’s, what type of technology would be available for them to complete a project like this?

The reality of Deep Underground Military Bases is extremely fascinating. There is an enormous amount of evidence that proves their existence. Secret military bases used to be labelled in the conspiracy theory category. Not long ago, the Department of Defense officially declassified the existence of Area 51.
There are hundreds of military bases, and underground military bases spread all over the world. Dr Richard Sauder documents this phenomenon well in Hidden In Plain Sight, among his other works. What I’ve provided above is not even the tip of the ice berg. 

In his book he goes on to illustrate the technology behind such developments, under ocean bases, and more. This is a fascinating topic to explore, and the next question to ask is what goes on in underground military facilities?
