The Push for Massive 6 Billion Depopulation: 'Planetary Court' Under New 'Earth Constitution' and 'World Government'

""The depopulationists are on the move again, pushing hard for the elimination of six billion people on planet Earth in order to bring the planet down to what's being touted as its "sustainable carrying capacity of one billion people."

But this time, the depopulation agenda may be codified by the Vatican. Professor John Schellnhuber has been chosen as a speaker for the Vatican's rolling out of a Papal document on climate change. He's the professor who previously said the planet is overpopulated by at least six billion people. Now, the Vatican is giving him a platform which many expect will result in an official Church declaration in support of radical depopulation in the name of "climate science."

"The teaching document, called an encyclical, is scheduled for release on June 18 at Vatican City," reports Breitbart.com. "Perhaps with the exception of the 1968 encyclical on contraception, no Vatican document has been greeted with such anticipation."

A new Planetary Court to hold power over all nations... one ring to rule them all

Schellnhuber daydreams about a "Planetary Court" guided by a new "Earth Constitution" which would hold power over every nation and government on the planet. As he explains himself in this document on HumansAndNature.org, he's a proponent of an all-powerful, climate-focused world government that would rule over the planet... a literal "science dictatorship" based on whatever "science" the climate change proponents can fudge together each year.

As Schellnhuber says:

Let me conclude this short contribution with a daydream about those key institutions that could bring about a sophisticated -- and therefore more appropriate -- version of the conventional "world government" notion. Global democracy might be organized around three core activities, namely (i) an Earth Constitution; (ii) a Global Council; and (iii) a Planetary Court. I cannot discuss these institutions in any detail here, but I would like to indicate at least that:

- the Earth Constitution would transcend the UN Charter and identify those first principles guiding humanity in its quest for freedom, dignity, security and sustainability;

- the Global Council would be an assembly of individuals elected directly by all people on Earth, where eligibility should be not constrained by geographical, religious, or cultural quotas; and

- the Planetary Court would be a transnational legal body open to appeals from everybody, especially with respect to violations of the Earth Constitution.

Schellnhunber, in other words, believes a new world government can create "freedom" for humanity by dictating to it with a new Planetary Court guided by an Earth Constitution which will no doubt begin by declaring the planet can only sustain one billion people. The other six billion or so simply have to go. So instead of a Bill of Rights, this new Earth Constitution will be founded on a Bill of Deaths and a global government that might order the extermination of billions of human beings in order to "save the climate."

"In an unprecedented encyclical on the subject of the environment, the pontiff is expected to argue that humanity’s exploitation of the planet’s resources has crossed the Earth’s natural boundaries," reports The Guardian. "...[T]he world faces ruin without a revolution in hearts and minds."

The Guardian goes on to report:

The pope is "aiming at a change of heart. What will save us is not technology or science. What will save us is the ethical transformation of our society," said Carmelite Father Eduardo Agosta Scarel, a climate scientist who teaches at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina in Buenos Aires.

California Governor worried that too many people exist

Interestingly, California Governor Jerry Brown might welcome such a depopulation agenda organized under a new world government. He recently tweeted about California having too many people, saying, "At some point, how many people can we accommodate?" Gov. Brown goes on to say that climate change is the reason the current drought is so much more worse than anything they've seen in the past.

Apparently, California has too many people, Gov. Brown says, and that means California needs to be deliberately depopulated.

With this, the Vatican and Jerry Brown join the efforts of other depopulation advocates like Bill Gates, who once said that vaccines can help reduce the world population by 10 to 15 percent.

True to that claim, vaccines given to young women have now been discovered to be intentionally laced with sterilization chemicals, according to the Kenya Catholic Doctors Association, a pro-vaccine organization funded in part by UNICEF.

Similarly, a shocking 75% of children given vaccines in a small town in Mexico ended up hospitalized or dead after a recent round of vaccine shots that many have speculated might be part of a depopulation test run.

Fast depopulation vs slow depopulation

Since YOU are one of the targets of global depopulation, you may want to increase your awareness of how it might be accomplished. When it comes to depopulation, there are two approaches considered by the globalists:

SLOW DEPOPULATION: This method focuses on covert sterilization via vaccines, free birth control pills, and "social services" education efforts that try to convince women to have fewer children. The idea is to slowly let the current population of 7 billion die off while the birth rate plummets, causing the total population to shrink over time. You might call this the "non-violent" way to gradually reduce the population over time. Nobody has to prematurely die for this to be pulled off, in other words.

FAST DEPOPULATION: This method involves fast-kill strategies to essentially murder billions of people while blaming it on something else. The most likely candidates include the release of an aerosolized bioweapon (Ebola 2.0?), the insertion of aggressive cancer viruses in vaccines (see the confession of former Merck vaccine scientist Maurice Hilleman for background), global nuclear war, the intentional release of EMP weapons that destroy the power grid, and so on. These are obviously the more nefarious, dastardly depopulation pursuits, and they would obviously consist of global murder on a massive scale.

"Slow depopulation" methods have been tried since the 1970's. They haven't worked. As world population continues to rise, the global power brokers now seem to be experimenting with "fast depopulation" approaches to achieve their goal of eliminating six billion people from the planet.

Deliberate depopulation vs. unintentional depopulation

Another dimension in this discussion emerges in the distinction between "deliberate" and "unintentional" depopulation.

Deliberate depopulation is, of course, the pursuit of actions and policies which are intended to directly and quantifiably reduce the number of humans living on the planet.

Unintentional depopulation is what happens when catastrophe strikes and the systems keeping modern civilization humming along suddenly collapse: a power grid failure, for example, or a runaway genetic pollution of crops that leads to global starvation. The climate change scientists insist that the release of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere will somehow cause the catastrophic collapse of society, leading to the deaths of millions or billions of people. 

Accordingly, the globalists see themselves as being compassionate for humanity by invoking deliberate depopulation, thereby preventing catastrophic, unintentional depopulation (i.e. a global die-off following the catastrophic collapse of the global ecosystem). That's how they justify covert vaccine sterilization programs, for example, or talk of eliminating six billion people on the planet. In other words, when they are murdering you and six billion of your brothers and sisters, just remember that in their own minds, they LOVE life and are protecting the ecosystem!

But how, exactly, do you go about eliminating six billion people if you're a globalist pushing for mass murder in the name of climate science?

How do they kill six billion people? Twelve monkeys!

Killing one person is called murder. Killing six billion people is called "climate science." But how do you pull it off, exactly?

It's easier than you might think. As depicted in the movie Twelve Monkeys, all it takes is the release of a weaponized, genetically engineered virus in any major airport, anywhere in the world. (I'm not saying this is true because it was in a movie. That would be absurd. Rather, in this case, the movie correctly depicts the reality of how easily a bioweapon could be spread by someone with the intent to destroy human civilization as we know it.)

From there, the virus replicates and spreads globally, causing widespread death and depopulation while simultaneously empowering world governments to control their populations with medical police state powers such as forced quarantines, restrictions on travel, forced immunizations, medical checkpoints on highways and so on. (It's sort of the perfect police state model if you think about it, and it gives governments the justification to insert medical tracking RFID chips into everybody's bodies at gunpoint. C'mon you control freaks, you know how excited you get when you think about microchipping the population! It's FUN!)

The U.S. military already possesses biological weapons which could kill one billion or more

It's an undebatable fact that the U.S. military has long engineered and tested such viral bioweapons to potentially use as weapons of war. (I previously wrote about the airborne Ebola that ran wild through a U.S. Army medical research facility in 1990, killing an entire building full of monkeys before they "nuked" the building with sterilization chemicals.)

While international treaties claim such research has been abandoned, only a fool believes such hollow promises are ever kept. In reality, the research is merely shifted into covert status, continuing as normal on "black budgets." Today, the United States government possesses viral strains which could decimate humanity in less than a year's time... and they could be "accidentally-purposely" released anywhere on the planet without notice.

Of course, if you were going to release a deadly virus to decimate humanity (the word "decimate" means to kill 1 in every 10, by the way, it does not mean to "eradicate"), you would first make sure all your elite globalist buddies received vaccine shots against the virus. Naturally, those vaccine shots would be manufactured without any of the mercury, aluminum, formaldehyde and MSG found in vaccines given to the general public, thereby making them significantly safer. The CDC, of course, would stay completely silent on this pandemic, just as they've maintained absolute silence on the confession of their scientist Dr. William Thompson, who publicly admitted to taking part in scientific fraud at the CDC to hide the links between vaccines and autism in African-Americans.

The public would be left to fend for itself. And in this scenario, guess who would be most likely to survive? People who use medicinal herbs and immune-boosting superfoods. Those who are wiped out by the weaponized population control virus would largely consist of the elderly, the immunosuppressed, and the malnourished.

That might be precisely who the new "Planetary Court" world government wants to eliminate in the first place, sparing the able-bodies workers who pay confiscatory taxes to governments and produce economic output that can be exploited by the globalist corporations.

Massive Plasma Tubes Confirmed in Upper Earth Atmosphere Magnetosphere

""Researchers led by an undergraduate student in Australia have developed a new way to map the Earth’s magnetosphere, confirming 60-year-old theories about the existence of massive plasma tubes in the upper atmosphere.

The discovery is the result of an honors project by Cleo Loi, a 23-year-old undergraduate at the University of Sydney, according to IFLScience. Loi realized she could use the Murchison Widefield Array (MWA) radio telescope to study regions of the upper atmosphere that are poorly understood, but are crucial in deflecting charged particleswhich originate both from the sun and cosmic rays.

Loi and her fellow researchers uncovered the existence of plasma structures situated in the upper regions of the magnetosphere. These plasma formations, which often take the shape of massive tubes, run parallel to the magnetic field and exist in low and high density variations. The plasma tubes also move over time, contributing to interference effects encountered by telescopes and satellites.

“We measured their position to be about 600 kilometers [373 miles] above the ground, in the upper ionosphere, and they appear to be continuing upwards into the plasmasphere. This is around where the neutral atmosphere ends, and we are transitioning to the plasma of outer space,” Loi observed.

“We saw a striking pattern in the sky where stripes of high-density plasma neatly alternated with stripes of low-density plasma. This pattern drifted slowly and aligned beautifully with the Earth’s magnetic field lines, like aurorae.”

Loi was able to develop an unusual and innovative use for the radio telescope array that was used in the study, splitting its 128 antennas into two halves in a process akin to using a pair of eyes. This allowed the researchers to visualize the plasma structures in real time, according to Io9, measuring the height, spacing, and angles of the tubes. Such a visualization of the plasma tubes, taking place in three dimensions, has never before been accomplished.""

Alarm Bells Ringing: The Earth Sirens Are Sounding Off Again, Anyone Listening?

""People from different parts of the world have been left terrified after hearing what is believed to be an evil-sounding trumpet noise coming from an unknown location in the sky.

Residents who were able to capture the ominous sound went to upload their recordings on social media sites. Several of these clips came from Canada, Australia, Germany and the United States.

In a video shot last month from Germany, a child can be seen frightened stiff as the strange noise blasted from afar.

In Canada, Kimberly Wookey was able to record numerous clips of these mysterious sounds. She uploaded several of them on Youtube.

"This is the second time I personally have heard these sounds here in Terrace BC Canada," Wookey wrote on her Youtube account. "First time was June 19th 2013 at approx. 9-9:30am but it was not quite as intense."

In another entry, dated Aug. 29, 2013, Wookey claimed she was awoken by the loud noise, which she knew she had heard before. She said that she went to see her seven-year-old son who was also terrified by the noise.

Wookey added that she does not believe that the events had any connection with religious acts, or that the noises could have come from aliens, trains or construction.

She does, however, believe it could have something to do with a geophysical phenomenon.

Aaron Traylor, a resident of Montana, said that he had been suffering from nightmares after he uploaded the frightening sounds.

He recounted how his wife woke him up one evening because he was screaming in his sleep.

Traylor said he first heard the noise while he was with his daughter and his dog. When they heard the eerie sound, his daughter was suddenly stopped in her tracks and his dog's ears perked up.

According to reports, scientists at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) believe the noise could potentially be the "background noise" of the Earth.""

All Life on Earth in Danger of Extinction by Massive Volcanic Exodus

""The world is woefully unprepared for a massive volcanic eruption that could kill millions of people and destroy much of modern society, a leading group of scientists have warned.

In a new report on the risks posed by natural disasters, experts at the European Science Foundation concluded that large volcanic eruptions posed the greatest risk human survival.

They calculated that there is between a five to 10 per cent probability of an explosive eruption large enough to cause huge numbers of deaths, alter the climate and poison the atmosphere occurring by the end of the century.

The ash cloud thrown out from this eruption reached more than 26 miles (43km) into the atmosphere and triggered temperature changes that led to widespread famine and epidemics.

The summer following the Tambora eruption is known as 'the year without summer'.

The scientists warn, however, that rising population levels and increasing reliance on global travel could mean the impacts of a similar eruption could be far more severe.

Writing in their report Extreme Geohazards: Reducing the Disaster Risk and Increasing Resilience, the experts warn that there needs to be an international response to prepare for such a disaster and to monitor for similar events.

They estimate that it could cost between £340 million ($500 million) and £2.3 billion ($3.5 billion) a year to increase the level of monitoring for catastrophic volcanic eruptions, but the benefits that an early warning could give would be ten to hundreds of times greater.

The report states: 'Although in the last few decades earthquakes have been the main cause of fatalities and damage, the main global risk is large volcanic eruptions that are less frequent but far more impactful than the largest earthquakes.

'Due to their far-reaching effects on climate, food security, transportation, and supply chains, these events have the potential to trigger global disaster and catastrophe.

'The cost of response and the ability to respond to these events is beyond the financial and political capabilities of any individual country.

'An international geopolitical response will be required, where science has a unique and key role in preparation, response and mitigation.'

The report, which was presented at the general assembly of the European Geosciences Union in Vienna on Tuesday, examines the main geohazards facing the world including earthquakes, drought, asteroid strikes, floods, tsunamis, hurricanes, avalanches and wildfires.

It said that large to extreme earthquakes and tsunamis had been more common in the past 2000 years and this had focused the world's disaster response resources onto this threat.

But it concluded that the risk posed by volcanic eruptions is potentially far more serious.

Pointing to recent eruptions like the Icelandic volcano Eyjafjallajokull, which caused widespread disruption when it threw clouds of ash into the atmosphere.

It created the highest level of air travel disruption in Europe since the second world war and cost the European economy around $5 billion.

However, the researchers said that this eruption was relatively minor - rating between three and four on the Volcanic Explosivity Index (VEI).

By comparison, the volcanic eruption in 79AD of Mount Vesuvius that destroyed Pompeii in Italy was around VEI5. Mount St Helen's explosion in 1980 was also VEI5.

The report states that there has been around 20 eruptions greater than VEI5 since 1500 with only the Tambora eruption reaching VEI7.

However around 75,000 years ago the explosion of a supervolcano at the site of Lake Toba on Sumatra in Indonesia was one of the world's largest known eruptions - rated VEI8.

It caused a global volcanic winter that lasted around 10 years and has been linked to 1,000 years of cooling.""

A Misguided Earth Day Reorganized

""How did Earth Day come to be about us rather than about Earth? Actually, Earth Day was never about Earth—it was a celebration of environment and peace.

Earth Day, first declared on Mar. 21, 1969, was the brainchild of John McConnell, a celebrated peace activist, who recognized that peace, progress, and prosperity depended on balanced ecological processes. He convinced the UN secretary, U Thant, and other leading figures, to declare the northern vernal equinox Earth Day.

Linking Earth Day to the equinox was a bad idea, however, because the equinox isn’t a day, it’s a specific time. It’s an infinitesimal moment when the Earth, spinning at 1,656 kilometers (about 1029 miles) per hour at the equator, lines up perpendicularly with the sun flying around it at 108,000 kilometers (about 67,108 miles) per second. For that microsecond, the north and south are equally illuminated, and day will be roughly as long as night. The equinox also occurs twice a year, and to choose the northern vernal equinox seems to only further the notion of Northern hemisphere hegemony.

Earth Day was never actually about Earth. It has always been about us.

McConnell’s Earth Day Proclamation came later, itself dated June 21, in 1970, which missed the equinox by three months. Thus far, the Proclamation has been signed by 36 people over the years, including John Denver (the famous singer), Margaret Meade (the famous anthropologist), Mikhail Gorbachev (the famous Russian), Yasir Arafat (the famous Palestinian), Isaac Asimov (the famous sci-fi writer), Buzz Aldrin (the famous astronaut), and, of course, U Thant and McConnell.

The Proclamation, however, in spite of its title, isn’t about Earth. In fact, it begins, “By the people of Earth for the People of Earth.”

So it was never about Earth. It has always been about us.
Time for action

The choice of Apr. 22 for Earth Day came shortly after McConnell’s proclamation in 1970, the national event founded by the Wisconsin Democratic senator Gaylord Nelson and co-chaired by California Republican congressman Paul McCloskey.

It started as an environmental teach-in and was christened “Earth Day” by its organizing committee, even though senator Nelson admitted he didn’t think that was the best name for it.

For almost 40 years, Earth Day was celebrated both on the northern vernal equinox and on Apr. 22, each vying for public subscription until the UN threw in the towel in 2009, declared Apr. 22 to be International Mother Earth Day.

And what is it we’re supposed to do? According to the resolution, countries are “to observe and raise awareness of International Mother Earth Day, as appropriate.” So if we deem that dressing up as pandas, doing yoga, and composting in the name of Earth is appropriate—go for it!

Environmental activism is critical in a world undergoing so much change, but Earth Day should celebrate Earth, not be an international day of declarations of environmental promise keeping.
We all know the grim numbers: The World Wildlife Fund’s Living Planet Report estimates that there has been a decline by 40% in wildlife populations around the world since 1970; almost a third of global fisheries have collapsed since the 1960s; The Keeling Curve, which tracks atmospheric CO2 since 1958, shows we are heading towards catastrophic climate change; and a group of experts say that out of nine safe operating boundaries for Earth, four of them are in the red zone.

It’s true, we’re better off today than we were before the Industrial Revolution in the sense that many of us have enough to eat (keeping in mind that over 800 million people still go hungry), but the environmental costs have been staggering.

Given the relentlessly depressing message of environmentalism, finding ways to make environmental action fun is important, so a globally coordinated network of environmental action is terrific, and Apr. 22 is as good a day as any to do that.""

“For the first few years I lost sleep, couldn’t concentrate and was unable to do anything. I was constantly in tears, which put a great strain on my husband. It has changed me from an active, creative person to a stifled, angry pessimist,” a woman told The Independent back in 1994.

Doctors blamed patients’ abilities to hear it on tinnitus, until Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge had confirmed sometime in the 1990s that the cause is external.

However, the search for the truth could now be over as researchers claim that microseismic activity from long ocean waves impacting the sea bed is what makes our planet vibrate and produces the droning sound.

The pressure of the waves on the seafloor generates seismic waves that cause the Earth to oscillate, said Fabrice Ardhuin, a senior research scientist at Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique in France.

The continuous waves produce sounds lasting from 13 to 300 seconds. They can be heard by a relatively small proportion of people – who are sensitive to the hums – and also by seismic instruments.""

But, even after shutting down the LHC the “dimensional distortions” created in South America by this ‘Time Wave’ continued to felt and led to the “Gateway of the Sun” monolith sending out what Russian scientists have likened to a “digital communication” towards the thousands of Pyramids in Brazil and other “ancient sites” throughout the Andes Region of South America and leading to the massive power outage (on November 11, 2009) that plunged tens-of-millions into darkness. Brazilian government officials in seeking to hide the true cause of this massive power outage had originally blamed it on “atmospheric discharges related to strong rain and wind“, a claim immediately shot down by State prosecutors who are demanding the public be told the truth before the week is out.” -MORE

The LHC actually transported a plane from one spot on earth to another. Which means that it is opening portals in time and space. The question for the plane above was did it go back in time? Or was it teleported through a door in time? A scientist from CERN’s research department can help us answer this question “The titanic machine LHC may possibly create or discover previously unimagined scientific phenomena, or “unknown unknowns” – for instance “an extra dimension”. “Out of this door might come something, or we might send something through it.” -Italian scientist Sergio Bertolucci, who is Director for Research and Scientific Computing at CERN

Being that the LHC can alter time and space, means that they are opening portals upon its “restart” which may be why the Elites agenda speeds up and slows down. This is the reason that there is no date really can be guessed because if it is guessed they can change time and space to match their event. Even worse for these regions in South America, these reports continue, is that the ‘effects’ of this ‘Time Wave’ may be ‘far from over’, according to Russian scientists who have noted a marked increase in seismic activity throughout the locations of the most ancient cities in Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay, Brazil and Argentina. The latest of these ancient cities to be hit by the effects of this ‘Time Wave’ are the pre-Inca ruins located near Calama on the banks of the river Loa which was struck today by a powerful 6.5 magnitude earthquake, and the Bolivian regions of Tiahuanaco (?) struck by a 5.8 magnitude trembler shortly thereafter. Not being widely known to most peoples in the West is that the America’s have one of the largest concentrations of ancient sacred sites and pyramids in the World, especially in Brazil where in 1996 the oldest of these structures were discovered and dated to have been built centuries before the great pyramids in Egypt. Unlike their Egyptian counterparts however, the builders of the pyramids in the America’s are not known, and in the case of the 12 Brazilian pyramids lying near the Peruvian Andes Mountains (the longest and among the oldest mountains in the World) still unexplored. Even more interesting to note about the ancient origins of the peoples of South America is the base root of all of their languages being tied to Europe in what many Russian historians categorize as the Antediluvian “pre-flood” period of human civilization before the last great cataclysmic changes to our Earth took place an estimated 5,000 years ago. Now with the age of the South America Andes region known, and being combined with the thousands of ancient pyramids and cities built there (with a precision we are still unable to match in our modern times) many Russian historians have long theorized that these great mountains became the home of the most advanced members of the pre-flood civilization who had fled there when our Earth last overturned itself. Even more interesting to note are those theories that state that the ancient survivors of these cataclysmic Earth changes set up a ‘warning system’ throughout South America (its vast Amazon region known to be the “lungs of our World”) that is connected 

to our entire Planet to forewarn future generations of human kind when these horrors would be visited upon our species once again. And their ‘method’ of establishing this ‘warning system’, and encoding the memories of our Earth’s most ancient past, was through the building of pyramids, all around the Globe, of silicon rich stones such as granite and sandstone. Not known to many is that the basis of our present modern technological age is our Earth’s most common metalloid, silicon, the second most abundant element after oxygen on our Planet that makes up fully 25.7% of our Earth’s crust, and which without we would not have glass, concrete, cement or any electrical device, especially computers. Even more importantly, the ability of silicon to both store and transmit power are termed vital to our Planets long-term survival against the ravages that nearly two centuries of using fossil fuels has visited upon us all. What is not known to our scientists of today is how powerful this ancient ‘silicon warning system’ actually is, or how much of it is still intact. But now, after it’s being struck by this new “Time Wave” there are fearful glimpses, indeed, of the unimaginable power still latent within it. To what purpose does it hold for our present World? That is not known by the scientists of today, but only by those of the long ago yesterdays of our human past who have through the centuries warned of the things to come. Much too sadly there are too few left to heed the ancient warnings, let alone act to protect themselves from the catastrophic horrors to come. But, for those seeking the truest knowledge of these things they should start re-learning how to listen to the rocks, a suggestion that the vast majority of these peoples will most certainly scoff and ridicule at, while at the same time listening to their music playing on their ‘modified rocks’ for hearing they call radios, or ‘modified rocks’ for viewing they call television, or the ‘modified rocks’ for writing they call computers. Given that the lead scientist at CERN is looking for the “first light in darkness”, we can assume that they are creating a time warp (portal) to the beginning of time and looking for the “big-bang”. In other words, they are creating a portal to the sun, and going through it to the “black-sun” which is Saturn to find the false light, which is Lucifer.
