What Happens to Your Body When You Drink a Can of Cola?: A 60 Minute Soda Bomb in Your Stomach

""Cleaning a toilet is cheap and easy with a can of Coca-Cola. After the Coke sits in the toilet for an hour, the carbonic and phosphoric acid gets the job done, leaving behind a scum-free toilet bowl!

When that same can of Coke is poured into the mouth and down the esophagus of a human being, a much more complex chain of events occurs. After burning its way down the throat and leaving behind a film of caramel coloring on the teeth, the Coca-Cola begins its nutritional destruction on the inside of the body.

In 60 minutes, a can of Coke takes the body on a roller coaster ride, taxing the liver, spiking the blood sugar, accelerating the production of bad fat and robbing the body of beneficial nutrients.

With 1.6 billion servings of Coke sold worldwide every day, it's no wonder why heart disease, malnutrition, dehydration, diabetes and obesity are slowly killing people.

Doctors often advise obese patients to stop eating fats, but many fats are good for the heart and the brain, like Omega-3 fatty acids. To top it off, simply avoiding fats disregards one of the most silent perpetrators of weight gain and disease – high fructose corn syrup.

Instead of drinking poisonous soda, drink a hydrating glass of WATER.

Soda robs the body of nutrients and burdens the liver

High fructose corn syrup (HFCS) is found in all sorts of processed foods, condiments and sweet drinks. It's even in the "low fat" alternative foods that people are conned into buying for losing weight.

The thing is this: HFCS is NOT like glucose. Glucose is recognized by the body, metabolized by the cells, and more readily used for energy, whereas HFCS breaks down into glucose and fructose, making it harder for the body to use.

The fructose that is broken down is nothing like the fructose in fruits, either. Fruits naturally have fiber to prevent the body from absorbing too much of the fructose. HFCS does not contain fiber. It floods the body with no accountability or balance, taxing the liver. HFCS is often consumed with other artificial sweetening agents that are only there to enhance a product's flavor. This flood of toxins is hard on the blood, skin and detoxifying organs.

HFCS is ultimately metabolized by the liver in similar fashion to ethanol found in an alcoholic drink. As fructose floods the liver, the liver becomes confused and ends up producing a bunch of bad fats. As the body is "intoxicated" by HFCS, the brain never receives the signal that it is full either. This may lead to a person to eating and drinking more, adding to weight gain woes.

60 minutes of abuse

In the first 10 minutes of drinking a Coke, 10 teaspoons of sugar enter the body. That's 100 percent of a person's recommended daily intake. A person can only tolerate the extreme sweetness because the teeth-rotting phosphoric acid offsets the sweetness.

After 20 minutes has gone by, the blood sugar spikes, causing a burst of insulin. As the fructose runs rampant and goes unabsorbed, the liver goes into overtime, drawing in the sugar molecules and turning them into bad fats.

By the time 40 minutes hits, caffeine absorption maxes out. A person's blood pressure spikes and their pupils dilate. This spurs the liver to dump more sugar into the bloodstream. Consequentially, the brain's adenosine receptors are blocked, making the person feel awake.

Five minutes later, dopamine production goes up in the brain, giving the person feelings of pleasure that addict them into wanting more.

After an hour, the phosphoric acid that has made its way through the system has pulled out vital nutrients from the body. Calcium, magnesium and zinc bind with phosphoric acid in the lower intestine.

Calcium, magnesium, zinc, electrolytes and water are then urinated out the body and wasted. The Coke has not only addicted the brain to its curse but it has also caused the formation of bad fats, blood sugar spikes, blood pressure changes, dehydration and the loss of bone building nutrients!

As the hour climaxes, a person begins to have a sugar crash. Irritability and fatigue sets in. The bones are robbed of vital nutrients and the system is left dehydrated.""

The 1.5 Quadrillion Dollar Global Cabal Time Bomb

""When investing becomes gambling, bad endings follow. The next credit crunch could make 2008-09 look mild by comparison. Bank of International Settlements(BIS) data show around $700 trillion in global derivatives.

Along with credit default swaps and other exotic instruments, the total notional derivatives value is about $1.5 quadrillion – about 20% more than in 2008, beyond what anyone can conceive, let alone control if unexpected turmoil strikes.

The late Bob Chapman predicted it. So does Paul Craig Roberts. It could “destroy Western civilization,” he believes. Financial deregulation turned Wall Street into a casino with no rules except unrestrained making money. Catastrophic failure awaits. It’s just a matter of time.

Ellen Brown calls the “derivatives casino…a last-ditch attempt to prop up a private pyramid scheme” – slowly crumbling under its own weight.

For years, Warren Buffett called derivatives “financial time bombs” – for economies and ordinary people.

Unless collateralized or guaranteed, their worth depends on the creditworthiness of counter-parties. Earnings on derivatives are “wildly overstated,” Buffett explains – because they’re “based on estimates whose inaccuracy may not be exposed for many years.”

When corporate bosses ask financial executives how profits look in any quarter, they, in turn, ask how much do you want, then manipulate things to oblige when told.

Since 2008, too-big-to-fail banks consolidated to much greater size than ever. They’re financial and political powerhouses controlling world economies to their own advantage.
Civilization’s only hope is smashing them – dismantling them into small, impotent pieces, or ideally putting money back in public hands where it belongs.

It’s too important to be privately controlled. Financial predators entrap small/weak nations into unrepayable debt peonage like Greece, bleed them dry, and thirdworldize developed ones into dystopian backwaters – while they grow richer and more powerful than ever ahead of the whole corrupt system going bust, decimating billions worldwide in greater human misery than already.

Washington Post editors support what demands condemnation. Don’t worry, be happy, they say. On July 23, they headlined “The Fed’s stance on banks and capital makes good sense.”

Half-intelligent economics students know better. The Wall Street owned, controlled and operated Fed is the problem, not the solution. Monied interests buy politicians like toothpaste. They write business friendly legislation, getting Congress to pass it in return for generous campaign contributions and other special favors.

America’s economy and financial system are house-of-cards disasters waiting to happen. Not according to WaPo editors.

“(T)he US financial system has made significant progress toward being less bailout-prone since” the dust settled on the 2008-09 crisis, they said.

“(B)ig banks are considerably better capitalized than” half a decade earlier – enough to “withstand (another) ‘Great Recession.”

The source: The Wall Street controlled Fed’s last ‘stress test’ assessment made public in March – ignoring the monstrous derivatives ticking time bomb weighing them all down along with the entire financial system.

WaPo editors endorse too-big-to-fail banks. They tout so-called “economies of scale and greater ‘soft power’ for US foreign policy.

Near the end of his tenure, Bill Clinton signed legislation repealing Glass-Steagall (the 1999 Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act – letting insurance, investment and commercial banking merge) and the Commodity Futures Modernization Act (permitting unregulated commodity and derivatives trading).

A casino culture of anything goes persists. When counter-parties don’t have funds to pay on demand, bubbles begin deflating. It’s just a matter of time before current market mania ends.""

Trigger Bomb Plotted at Yellowstone to Erupt Supervolcano Ahead of Schedule

""A man on trial in Canada for an alleged plot to derail a passenger train wanted to trigger a catastrophic natural disaster by blowing up Yellowstone Park, his trial heard.

Tunisian student Chiheb Esseghaier spoke of the ‘death and destruction’ an eruption of the massive supervolcano beneath the national park would cause in the US, the court heard.
‘Wouldn’t it be great if my enemies’ worst national disaster could happen?’ an undercover FBI agent reported Essaghaier, 30, as saying, according to the The Canadian Press.

Yellowstone Park, which straddles Wyoming, Idaho and Montana, sits atop a swelling reservoir of magma 55 miles across and 30 miles wide. In parts it reaches depths of nine miles.

It is this subterranean lake of molten rock that heats the park’s famous geysers, but it has also been the cause of eruptions in the past that were so massive it has been dubbed a supervolcano.

Experts are divided on the impact an eruption of the supervolcano may have, but most say one would be catastrophic for the entire world.

In his third week of testimony, the undercover FBI agent said Essaghaier was ‘very passionate’ about the idea of triggering the Yellowstone volcano.

But in the end the doctoral student at the Université du Québec is said to have decided the idea was hopeless.

‘No. We cannot do anything to make the volcano erupt. It’s very deep. I don’t have any access,’ Essaghaier is alleged to have told the agent.

The court also heard that Essaghaier and his co-accused, Palestinian national Raed Jaser, considered a plot to poison soldiers and another to kill world leaders with a sniper rifle.

Studies have suggested that previous eruptions of Yellowstone Park’s supervolcano, which has lain dormant for 70,000 years, were a thousand times more powerful than the one in Mount St Helens in 1980.

When the super volcano last erupted about 640,000 years ago a cloud of ash covered the whole of North America and affected the global climate with an effect similar to a nuclear winter.

If it were to explode today, some say, the Yellowstone volcano would cover cities as far as 1,000 miles away with a layer of ash up to 10ft deep, killing all wildlife and making as much as two thirds of the U.S. uninhabitable.""
